Clean Up After Your Pets Under City ordinance, pet owners are required to clean up after their dogs. Pet owners must carry a plastic bag or some other means of picking up after their pet whenever they are off their own property.

Block Parties Block parties are permitted without special permit. However, residents should be aware of several important issues. Selling or dispensing of beer requires a temporary beer license, which must be approved by the city. Residents may not barricade or block off streets and must be conscientious of loud music and impact to surrounding neighbors. The City’s noise ordinance restricts noisy parties and gatherings. Contact the Blaine Police Department for more information.
