JUDO (402005)

Learn basic Judo which consists of throwing and grappling. Judo develops self-discipline and respect for oneself and others. New students need to purchase a Judo uniform. Information will be available on the first day of class. $60 National Judo Membership Fee due first day of class to the instructor for all new registrants. Additional testing fees may be collected by the instructor if one chooses to test.

GOJU RYU KARATE (402008)

Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate is a traditional Karate style founded by Chojun Miyagi. Goju Ryu emphasizes fitness, courtesy, and self-discipline. This class uses the physical parts of karate to make our minds and our hearts stronger. No experience necessary.

BEGINNER FENCING (402020)

En Garde! Join us in learning one of the first modern Olympic sports. This class will develop a basic knowledge of the sport of fencing. Students will learn elementary footwork and bladework; gain an understanding of fencing strategies and rules. Student should wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothing. We emphasize safety and provide all fencing equipment. Additional $15 annual USA Fencing membership paid directly to https://member.usafencing.org/ with EWA Fencing, LLC affiliation selected.

INTERMEDIATE FENCING (402021)

This program is designed for fencer’s ages 9+ who want to start competing at the local and regional level. Fencers enrolled in this class are required to have their own electric epee and epee bodycord. The remainder of equipment will be provided. Two months of prior experience required with instructor approval or age 18+. Additional $15 annual USA Fencing membership paid directly to https:// member.usafencing.org/ with EWA Fencing, LLC affiliation selected. SONNY’S BOXING 101 (402030)

Build your confidence, learn self-defense, and get in shape. This class teaches the fundamentals of boxing: stance, footwork, hand position, throwing punches, blocking punches, and hand movement. All in a safe environment and everyone is welcomed. Gloves and hand wraps required and will be available for purchase through instructor.
