HIGH/YO FITNESS IN THE PARK (402306)

We start with High Fitness, which is a simple, intense, consistent, inclusive, and fun workout! It takes oldschool aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as HIIT training, plyometrics, intervals of strength and cardio, and more. We end class with High YO, a music-driven, light-hearted stretching class which incorporates stretching, strength, and balance to improve overall health. Bring water and mat.
