DIY TERRARIUM at David Phillips Activity Center

Join us as we make a living art piece for your home or office. Create a terrarium that can live for years. Everything you need to create this terrarium will be provided including; container, soil, plants, and decor! Min. 1; Max. 12. Pre-registration is required.

COOKING WITH MARLA; THE CHEF IN RED

Ages 18 & up

Chef Marla will teach participants step-by-step how to prepare set recipes. Some classes will be hands on, while others may be demonstrative. Participants will get to enjoy the food that is prepared in class. Min. 5; Max. 10.

HUNGARIAN NUT ROLL - This walnut roll is a beloved treat in Hungary, found in bakeries all year round but especially at Christmas. It’s a yeasted roll, long and narrow, with a sweet filling — usually walnut or poppy seed. You will learn how to make the delicious yeast dough and nut filling. We will make 4 nut rolls in class and everyone will enjoy right from the oven!
