Gymnastics Beginner

Your gymnast will be introduced to the basics needed to learn cartwheels, handstands, splits, bridges, and skill combinations. They will learn to walk safely on the higher balance beams, swing and pull themselves up on the bars. Your child will learn new jumps on the trampoline, and practice running and hitting the springboard for vaults. No class 7/4.

Learn how to play the piano today! Join this class designed for students with limited or no previous music experience. Students will learn basic piano technique, music theory, sight-reading, and rhythm exercises. Access to piano/keyboard at home is essential. Students are expected to practice while not in class. No class 7/7 and 7/8.

Your child will learn walkovers, progressions for handsprings, cartwheels, leaps on beam, circles on the bars, and more advanced jumps and combinations on the trampoline and vault.

Your athlete will start to progress towards more complex skills such as round offs, walkovers, pullovers, circles on bars, jumps, and handstands on the beam. They will focus on technique, execution of skills, and fun. No class 6/19 and 7/3.

This group violin class will teach the fundamentals of playing a stringed instrument, while focusing on the basics of violin technique. Students will learn to play individually, as well as in an ensemble setting, while developing their music theory and ear training along the way. Emphasis will be placed on producing quality sound. No class 7/3.
