AHA Heartsaver CPR/
AED Online Blended Learning

American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR/AED blended learning course (both online and in-person) includes learning adult, child and infant CPR, how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and how to assist someone who is choking. This course has two parts: 1) First complete online videos and guided interactive exercises (2 to 3 hours to complete), 2) Bring completed certificate to an in-person skill practice and testing session (approximately 30 minutes), offered every Wednesday at a training site in Los Gatos, CA. No appointment is necessary. Course fee includes: two-year Heartsaver CPR/AED, AHA course completion card, and a CPR keychain rescue mask. For more information, visit sccfd.org.

You will be dancing to a fusion of salsa, cha cha, mambo, merengue, rumba, two step, tango, hip hop, and the waltz. The simple and fun choreography will help improve your coordination and reduce stress. Level one is great for newcomers or for those who prefer simplistic dance moves. Level two is for dancers who know the basics and are ready to learn more complex step combinations.

A complete mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing. We will incorporate vinyasa flows, sun salutations, and balance poses that link breath with postures. Modifications are offered to accommodate different levels.
Level Two
VivAsia Fitness Dance 18Y+
Enjoy a low impact workout with dance movements to Southeast Asian music. You will increase upper body strength and flexibility, while using fans, ribbons, scarves, umbrellas, and drumsticks. No class 6/19.
