Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup Stevia
1 egg
Optional: Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts IF using CREAMY peanut butter
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Use about a teaspoon to roll dough into balls.
Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use fork to flatten balls and make criss-cross design.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Eat fresh or keep in freezer to keep!
