The new Mesa Express Library at Monterey Park was designed with the future in mind. One of its cutting-edge features is a video kiosk to connect patrons with staff at other libraries if they need assistance. The new Mesa Express Library at Monterey Park was designed with the future in mind. One of its cutting-edge features is a video kiosk to connect patrons with staff at other libraries if they need assistance. Other features include: • Outdoor hold lockers • Popular books for all ages • Self-checkout machines • Public WiFi • Reading areas • External book drop The Mesa Express Library is a self-service facilty which uses Expanded Access technology to allow access during unstaffed, open hours using your library barcode and PIN. To sign up for Expanded Access, visit a staff member at one of our full-service locations.
