Webb is the author of the nationally best-selling Lena Jones mystery series and the humorous Gunn Zoo mysteries. Before beginning to write full time, Betty worked as a journalist, interviewing U.S. presidents, astronauts, Nobel Prize winners, polygamy runaways, and more. She has taught creative writing classes and workshops at Arizona State University and Phoenix College and has been a nationally-syndicated literary critic for thirty years. Webb is the author of the nationally best-selling Lena Jones mystery series and the humorous Gunn Zoo mysteries. Before beginning to write full time, Betty worked as a journalist, interviewing U.S. presidents, astronauts, Nobel Prize winners, polygamy runaways, and more. She has taught creative writing classes and workshops at Arizona State University and Phoenix College and has been a nationally-syndicated literary critic for thirty years. wri t er in residence From January to March, Mesa Public Library hosts mystery author Betty Webb as its very own Writer in Residence. Webb is the author of the nationally best-selling Lena Jones mystery series and the humorous Gunn Zoo mysteries. Before beginning to write full time, Betty worked as a journalist, interviewing U.S. presidents, astronauts, Nobel Prize winners, polygamy runaways, and more. She has taught creative writing classes and workshops at Arizona State University and Phoenix College and has been a nationally-syndicated literary critic for thirty years. Private health insurance that covers immunizations cannot be accepted.
