MESA HISTORICAL FICTION ESSAY AND VIDEO CONTEST The Mesa Historic Preservation Board is sponsoring a Historical Fiction Writing Contest for all fourth, fifth and sixth grade students in Mesa. There is also a video contest for all sixth through twelfth graders. Students can practice their writing or video editing skills and learn more about Mesa’s history. Contest entries will be a historical fictional story around one of three topics:

CONSTRUCTION AT THE DOBSON RANCH LIBRARY March Update: The Dobson Ranch Library renovation is scheduled to start in February 2022. For safety reasons, demolition of certain areas will require a temporary library closure. This is forecasted to last about 30 days and will start on February 9.
This is the biggest renovation the Dobson Ranch Library has undergone since it was built in 1987. Funding for the renovation is from the Parks and Culture Bonds issue approved by Mesa voters in 2018.

As a pioneering canine behaviorist, he has studied the relationship between dogs and wolves, and the dog-human relationship. Science has been reluctant to call that association a love bond. Dr. Wynne’s studies have shown that dogs’ ability to love is literally in their DNA. This book explains the research behind the emotion.

As a pioneering canine behaviorist, he has studied the relationship between dogs and wolves, and the dog-human relationship. Science has been reluctant to call that association a love bond. Dr. Wynne’s studies have shown that dogs’ ability to love is literally in their DNA. This book explains the research behind the emotion.

MESA HISTORICAL FICTION ESSAY AND VIDEO CONTEST The Mesa Historic Preservation Board is sponsoring a Historical Fiction Writing Contest for all fourth, fifth and sixth grade students in Mesa. CONSTRUCTION AT THE DOBSON RANCH LIBRARY March Update: The Dobson Ranch Library renovation is scheduled to start in February 2022. For safety reasons, demolition of certain areas will require a temporary library closure. This is forecasted to last about 30 days and will start on February 9.
This is the biggest renovation the Dobson Ranch Library has undergone since it was built in 1987. Funding for the renovation is from the Parks and Culture Bonds issue approved by Mesa voters in 2018.

MESA HISTORICAL FICTION ESSAY AND VIDEO CONTEST The Mesa Historic Preservation Board is sponsoring a Historical Fiction Writing Contest for all fourth, fifth and sixth grade students in Mesa. There is also a video contest for all sixth through twelfth graders. Students can practice their writing or video editing skills and learn more about Mesa’s history. Contest entries will be a historical fictional story around one of three topics:

CONSTRUCTION AT THE DOBSON RANCH LIBRARY March Update: The Dobson Ranch Library renovation is scheduled to start in February 2022. For safety reasons, demolition of certain areas will require a temporary library closure. This is forecasted to last about 30 days and will start on February 9.
This is the biggest renovation the Dobson Ranch Library has undergone since it was built in 1987. Funding for the renovation is from the Parks and Culture Bonds issue approved by Mesa voters in 2018.
