The cards expire two years from the date that they’re issued. Lost cards may be replaced for $5.

On the first Monday of every month from 6–7 p.m., meet Dr. Scott Grogan, a board-certified Chiropractic Physician, by the desk in the fitness center for answers to your health and fitness-related questions. Dr. Grogan completed his full body certification in Active Release Technique in 2011, giving him a unique approach to the treatment of patients by addressing not only the joints but the surrounding soft-tissue as well. Dr. Grogan utilizes the “joint-by-joint” approach to patient care, which emphasizes the impact that the kinetic chain (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders etc.) can have on the entire body. Through functional analysis Dr. Grogan will locate the true dysfunction and source of the problem to arrive at an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Through mobilization of the joints and by placing a heavy emphasis on soft-tissue treatment and rehabilitation, his goal is to provide fast, effective care and empower patients to take control of their own health. O’FallonTheatreWorks O’FallonTheatreWorks’ comedy, Noises Off March 11–13 On the stage at the O’Fallon Municipal Centre (City Hall) Curtain time is 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, with a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. Concessions will be available. The Box Office opens one hour before each show.
Winner of a Tony Award for Best Play, Noises Off is a hilarious three-act play-within-a-play. Taking its title from a theatrical term for sounds emanating off-stage, Noises Off opens on a dress rehearsal for Nothing’s On, a flop of a play with a lot of door slamming and performers who seem baffled as they miss entrances and exits, forget lines and even the props appear to misbehave. During the second act, the audience views Nothing’s On from backstage, where pure pandemonium reigns as the actors’ relationships deteriorate. By act three, the play is at the end of its run and the actors are at the ends of their tethers, with some undermining their fellow actors’ performances to the point that the plot falls completely apart.
O’FallonTheatreWorks’ open auditions for two productions: The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree, and The Crisis of Captain Cross Friday, April 1 at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 2 at 10 a.m.; call-backs at 4 p.m. O’Fallon Municipal Centre (City Hall) Gym O’FallonTheatreWorks announces open auditions for two summer productions. All actors must prepare 16 to 32 measures of a theater song for the auditions. A synopsis for each production may be found online at www.ofallon. mo.us/parks&rec/otw. For more information, contact YouthTheatre@ofallon.mo.us.
The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree This production calls for a large cast, ages 12–18, including male/female leads and chorus with singing and dancing. Young men with singing ability are especially needed. Production dates: Thursday and Friday, June 16–17 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, June 18 at 2 and 7 p.m.
The Crisis of Captain Cross The Junior Theatre program for ages 7–11 will present this original melodrama. Production dates: Friday, June 10 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, June 11 at 2 and 7 p.m.

Youth Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do This 6-week Martial Arts program will focus on the traditional Korean form of Tae Kwon Do known as Chung Do Kwan. This style is based on explosive movements, devastating power and self-discipline. All students begin training at the “no belt” level. After learning the eight basics and the first form they will be invited to test for the white belt. Students will progress through a series of techniques and belts at their own pace and will NOT necessarily test each session. Because each student progresses at his or her own pace, testing will be at the discretion of the instructor. Children who would like to progress at a faster pace may register for more than one class.
If you are interested in watching one of the classes to see if it is something your child would be interested in, you may do so the last week of the session. This includes classes offered the weeks of April 11 and May 23. Tyke Kwon Do • Ages 3–5 Kids’ coordination will improve and they’ll gain confidence as they learn basic karate skills in this five-week introductory class. Children should wear comfortable clothing. Civic Dance Studio Now through June 2016! Enroll now! This great eleven-month dance program encourages students to practice and improve throughout the school year, and culminates with a Year-End Dance Recital. Class participation is crucial in preparing for the recital, so we ask that children commit to attending ALL scheduled classes through June 2016. New students will be accepted into the program at any time; however, students whom joined after December 31, 2015, will not be eligible to participate in the recital held June 2016. Classes are held at the Civic Annex, 410 East Elm Street, O’Fallon, MO 63366. Regular participation in Civic Dance Studio is the best way to help students build a progressive foundation for dance as they learn and practice dance steps and master the skills they need. Enrollment options are as follows:
All fees are for eight-week sessions. Students need to be registered for each session five days in advance of the start of the session. A $10.00 late fee will be charged for registration on, or after the session start day.

Learn to Swim O
’Fallon’s Learn to Swim program is built on teaching aquatic and safety skills in a logical progression. Our goal is to teach children and adults how to swim and be safe in and around the water. The program is composed of 11 course levels:
Aqua Learning: Preschool: Preschool Plus: Level 1: Level 2: Level 3: Level 4: Level 5: Level 6: Level:
Shrimp I and II, Pollywog Turtle Seahorse Explorer Submarine Clipper Sailor Adventurer Barracuda Adult
Aqua Learning: Parent and child participation is required. Class size is limited to eight parent-child couples. Pollywog: Class ratio is four to one instructor. Parents are required to be in the water the first four classes. Preschool – Level 3: Class ratio is six children to one instructor. Levels 4 – 6: Class ratio is eight children to one instructor. Adult: Class ratio is eight adults to one instructor. Participants will move to the next class or skill level when all skills from the previous level are mastered. Some classes may seem repetitive, but we want swimmers to perfect their skills in order to advance safely. Please keep in mind that children learn at different paces and it’s common to repeat a class.
Weekday classes at the RSC meet twice weekly for four weeks and last 35 minutes. Saturday morning sessions last 40 minutes and meet for seven weeks. Weekday classes at Alligator’s Creek meet four times a week for two weeks. Saturday morning sessions meet for 35 minutes once a week for eight weeks.
Which class is right for my child? To ensure your child’s success in the Learn to Swim program, it’s important to register children for the appropriate level. Children who have participated in the swimming program should register according to the last class successfully completed. Each child must pass a particular level before proceeding to the next.
Aqua Learning This program helps children ages 6 months to 3 years become comfortable in and around water and prepares them to learn how to swim. The class is divided into two sections: Shrimp I and Shrimp II. Please note: Classes may seem repetitive because they are introductions to water.
Shrimp I • Ages 6 – 18 months Parent-child or guardian participation in the water is required. The instructor will demonstrate techniques as parents learn how to safely guide children and help them advance at their own pace.

Pollywog • Ages 2–3
Preschoolers learn basic water safety and the fundamentals of swimming. The class is for children who are not yet ready to be away from mom or dad but do enjoy the water.
This transitional class is for children who have passed Shrimp 2 but who are not quite ready for the Turtle class. The Pollywog class is designed to help swimmers gain confidence and independence as they master introductory skills and learn safe practices. Parents or guardians should be prepared to assist their child during the first four classes. The 40-minute Saturday class meets once a week for seven weeks. The 35-minute Thursday–Tuesday class meets twice a week for four weeks. (Minimum enrollment is two children; maximum is four.)
