Opening Memorial Day weekend for summer sun and fun, the new Alligator’s Creek Aquatic Center in Civic Park features include a modern bathhouse, a new concession stand with more food options, bigger pools for swimming and playing, a longer lazy river and, on the beach, a new splash pad for kids of all ages and abilities. And there’s more - three water slides, a one-meter spring diving board, lap lanes, a vortex, an interactive water playground and a zero-depth beach entry. Also new this year, Alligator’s Creek opens an hour earlier at 11 a.m. For pool passes, special days, parties and rental information turn to pages 8–9.
New Specialty Camps provide unique summer camp experiences Geared to kids’ special interests, five new half-day camps are adding options to O’Fallon’s roster of exciting summer camp experiences. The new Specialty Camps are Hip Hop and Tumbling Camp for ages 5–8 and 9–12, Preschool Dance Camp for 4–6-year-olds, and, for ages 5–10, Princess Camp, Superhero Camp and Board Game Camp.
