No matter what kind of celebration you’re planning, O’Fallon’s Parks and Recreation has a facility to meet your needs. O’Fallon residents and non-profits pay less than non-residents and businesses. Fees vary depending on the size, rental time and other factors. Please reference the charts below for details or visit www.ofallon.mo.us/parks&rec for weekday rental rates. Full day rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays only. Add a Friday night rental to a full Saturday rental for $375/$435. Half-day rental times are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 5–11 p.m.

Checkin is at 3:00 p.m.; check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Overnight group camping for Scout groups and organizations is now available in O’Day Park. Two large camp sites are nestled amongst the wooded area, accommodating up to 25 campers each. More space is available for an additional fee.
Picnic tables and access to restrooms, electricity and water, are included in daily rates. Campers may use the existing fire pits, but are not permitted to dig new ones. Camping is restricted to tents only and in designated camp sites. No RVs, trailers or large trucks are allowed.

Rent a unique recreation complex with amenities for all ages and abilities! Perfect for your special event, meeting, wedding shower, basketball or volleyball practice, pool party, lock-in, etc. Reservations are available outside of regular Renaud Center business hours. Rental requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in person at the Renaud Center at least two weeks before the rental date. All fees and damage deposits are collected when reservations are made. Costs are provided for residents/non-residents. The facility is located in Sports Park at 2650 Tri Sports Circle, O'Fallon, MO 63368. *Please note, a 15% upcharge will be applied to rentals for holidays, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, if staff is available.
Multi-Purpose Room Rental Lock-in Rentals
This versatile room easily accommodates 50 people and has a sink, countertop space and tile floors. Tables and chairs can be set up at no extra cost. Outside food is allowed for an additional fee.

Gymnasium Rental
The gymnasium features two full-size basketball courts, an optional dividing curtain, and plenty of room for spectators. A minimum one-hour rental is required.

Natatorium Rental
Pool parties are limited to a maximum of 150. The natatorium includes zero-depth pool entry, interactive play structures, three lap lanes, a lazy river, a vortex and 185-foot water slide. A minimum one-hour rental is required.

The City of O’Fallon’s Parks and Recreation Department is committed to conducting its recreation programs and activities in a safe manner and holds the safety of participants in high regard. Warning of Risk Recreational activities/programs are intended to challenge and engage the physical, mental and emotional resources of each participant. Even with careful and proper preparation, instruction, medical advice, conditioning and equipment, there is still a risk of serious injury and/ or death when participating in any recreational activity/ program. Not all hazards and dangers can be foreseen. Please understand that certain risks, dangers and injuries due to inclement weather, slipping, falling, poor skill level or conditioning, carelessness, horseplay, unsportsmanlike conduct, premises defects, inadequate or defective equipment, inadequate supervision, instruction or officiating and all other circumstances inherent to indoor and outdoor recreational activities/programs exist. It is impossible for the City of O’Fallon Parks and Recreation Department to guarantee absolute safety. Photography Policy Photographs are occasionally taken of program and class participants. The photos are used to promote programs listed in the Parks & Rec Guide and other City of O’Fallon publications. If you prefer that you or your child not be photographed, please notify the photographer.
