Youth Sports Performance Training
Designed to help participants improve in each of the five biomotor abilities with each workout: strength, speed, endurance, agility and coordination and flexibility, this training can also help develop proper habits that may reduce the risk of injuries.
Strength training will focus on progressively developing upper and lower body strength, core strength and stability through various periodization models. Speed training will focus on mastering efficient movement mechanics to optimize acceleration and maximum speed movement pertaining specifically to a given sport. Endurance training will progress from general to specific intervals, shuttle and sprint training. Participants will become proficient at proper running and acceleration techniques. Flexibility is emphasized with each session and each athlete will be stretched at the conclusion.

Youth Weight Room Orientation • Ages 12–15
Those who are ages 12–15 are required to enroll in and pass the Weight Room Orientation class before being permitted to use the Fitness Center, including the Weight Room. Group Fitness
“Upgrade” your annual Renaud Center membership for only $5.42 more per month to include all of our group fitness classes, even Cycling, Boot Camp and Yoga! All sessions are for ages 16+, or 12+ if accompanied by an adult. If you don’t have an upgraded membership but want to take a class, you can sign up for an entire six-week session. Fees are listed below.
Drop-In Fitness Class Pass
If you are just visiting or want to try one of our fitness classes before you commit to upgrading your membership you can purchase a drop-in pass to try before you buy! Space is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that some classes might have been cancelled due to low registration.

This athletic workout will combine body weight and resistance training by incorporating a series of creative exercises that will expand your fitness routine. HIGH Fitness
HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense, easyto-follow fitness choreography. It combines fun (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with intensity (interval, plyometrics and cardio) and consistency (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). PiYo Strength Beginner Yoga
This yoga class for beginners incorporates a slower pace, providing direction and modifications for each pose.
