It just wouldn’t be summer in O’Fallon without the great concerts, festivals, and activities to keep our families busy all summer long. With the lighting of the Olympic torch in July, O’Fallon is poised to have its very own, Gold Medal Summer!
The heat of summer in St. Louis means Cardinals baseball, but here in O’Fallon, it means O'Fallon Hoots baseball and the always anticipated Heritage and Freedom Fest. This year is going to be one for the record books. I am excited for our musical headliners, Bret Michaels on July 4 and Mitchell Tenpenny on July 5, as they give O’Fallon "Nothin’ But a Good Time."
Not only am I excited for these legendary acts to play in O’Fallon, but I am also very proud. Bret Michaels is a constant supporter of our wonderful veterans and service members. Support for these heroes is something that O’Fallon holds dear to its values. Not only will he bring outstanding entertainment this summer, but his presence will be a compliment to our great city.
The weekly Jammin’ concert series is in full swing and keeping Civic Park packed and I encourage you to join us every Tuesday evening this summer to enjoy these free concerts. More information about bands and dates can be found on page 5. Join us for Poppin’ Summer Day on June 8 and Summer Shades Day on July 7 at nearby Alligator's Creek Aquatic Center.
Of course, we are excited for another wonderful O’Fallon Theatre Works production at City Hall. Come out and enjoy Mean Girls (High School Version) during the weekends of June 21-23 and 28-30.
Once again, I am proud to share that the City of O'Fallon has received yet another accolade! In May, we were recognized by MoneyGeek.com as #16 on the list of "Most up-and-coming small cities for financial prosperity." This ranking was the highest of any Missouri city on the list and is something everyone can be proud of!
No matter where this summer takes you and your family, I wish you a season of happy memory making and safe travels.
Sincerely,
Bill Hennessy, Mayor

GovQA reporting system
For service requests, such as pothole or street repair, and to report a street light outage or damaged street sign, residents can utilize our GovQA reporting system. This database was previously used prior to 2023 so existing usernames and passwords are still valid. The switch back to GovQA is to help streamline service requests and provide a more user-friendly experience for our residents.
Visitors to the City's website will find the link the same way they did with the previous system.
Reporting damaged street lights
You may notice damages to street lights in your area after recent storms, or maybe your typical street light outage. A majority of the street lights are maintained by a utility company, but the Streets division will serve as a liaison to those companies to get the lights repaired. Residents can help report this to the City of O'Fallon by submitting a service request through our GovQA reporting system. When making a report, please provide the closest address to where the street light is located.
