First Kicks Soccer

Ages: 2 - 5

This program is the tiny tot version of the big field game. This is the perfect introduction to the basic skills of soccer with emphasis on fun and skill development Arrangments will be made in the event of poor weather.

Wednesdays May 10 - 31 $30/4 sessions

Ages 2 & 3

Session 1: from 1:30 - 2:00pm OR

Session 2: from 3:00 - 3:30pm

Ages 4 & 5

Session 1: from 2:15 - 2:45pm

Location: Larry Gouthro Park or Rec Complex (if raining)

TBall for Tots

Ages: 2 - 5, and 4 & 5

Tball is an introduction to a sport that can b enjoyed over a lifetime Fun for all and a gre family activity, you're never too old or too yo get involved! No gloves required. Arrangem will be made in the event of poor weather.

Wednesdays June 7 - 28 $30/4 sessions

Ages 2 & 3 from 2:00 - 2:30pm

Ages 4 & 5 from 2:45 - 3:15pm

Location: Larry Gouthro Park or Rec Complex (if raining)

Intro to Baseball

Ages: 6 - 8

Intro to baseball is an introduction to a sport that can be enjoyed over a lifetime. Fun for all and a great family activity, you're never too old or too young to get involved! No gloves required. Arrangements will be made and communicated in the event of poor weather.

Wednesdays from 3:30 - 4:15pm

June 7 - June 28 $30/4 sessions

Location: Larry Gouthro Park

The Spring league runs for 8 weeks beginning March 29th

Fee: $109/skaters $55/goalies

WEDNESDAYS:

Join Hockey Canada Certified Skills Coach Joe Caldarone this Spring for 8 weeks of skill development, strength & conditioning.

2 x per week ON ice for 60 minute sessions will foc developing individual and position specific skills a tactics

2x per week OFF ice 45 minute sessions for younge players that will include developing athletic movem skills as well as instruction on shooting technique w of shooting tiles and training aids

For older players the program will also include lear train safely and efficiently with the use of resistanc build stronger and more durable athletes.

If you are an aspiring young hockey player that wa have fun working in a safe environment with high q instruction in a " on stop shop" this camp is for you!

U11/U13 MON/WED April 3 - May 24 4:00-5:00pm on the ice/5:15-6:00pm dryland
