Bridge Street at White River

Improve road to minor urban arterial (truck route) standards with three lanes plus bike lanes for a total of 50 ft. width within a 72 ft. ROW. Project to be a joint project with the City of Pacific to County line.

Replace existing 220 foot span steel truss bridge.

From Tacoma Street Bridge to 24th Street Resurface roadway with a 4"overlay or rebuild with concrete.

Stewart Rd (8th St.) White River Bridge

Stewart Road at White River

This bridge would replace the existing 2-lane bridge. It will be two unequal length spans. The width will be 74 feet to accommodate 4 lanes, a sidewalk on one side and trail crossing on the other.

SR 410 ramp signals and channelization at Wahl Road. Main St. and 160th Ave. E.

At the interchange of SR 410 at 166th Ave. E. (Wahl Road) Main from 158th to 160th Ave. E.; 160th Ave. E from Main to 64th St. E.

Reconstruct West bound on and off ramps to tie into 64th Street East. Improve intersection at Main St. and 160th and improve and widen streets to minor arterial standards with bike paths and sidewalks

Construct 62nd St. from 166th Ave. E. to 160th Ave E. to arterial standards. Project to include signal at 166th Ave. E. and 62nd St. E. Closure and removal of E. Main St. at the Sumner-Tapps Highway East Main St. / 166th Intersection of E. Main St. and 166th Ave. intersection. The work includes removal of street section, embankment, Ave. Intersection Closure East. and culvert across Salmon Creek. 24th St. Bridge and 24th St. to 16th St.between west side of Complete corridor study. Construct bridge, connection to Golf Course corridor to E. Valley White River to East Valley Hwy. property and connection to East Valley Highway per results of study,

From City limits to North side of SR 410

Widen roadway and existing WSDOT overpass to 5-lanes. Restripe lanes and revise signal timing.

Construct additional lanes on SR 162 and reconstructing the SR 410/SR 162 interchange to a single point interchange.

County will contribute 71% of local share. Received $1.2 million Federal STP Grant for design portion of project. This is a WSDOT project on State hwy. There may be contribution from Sumner and other agencies. Candidate for STP Grant and developer contribution. Funding through LID and stormwater funds. Partially funded with stormwater funds or grants for stream rehabilitation. Portions may be funded by development.
