Borrower must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income (see chart below) Borrower must be a first time homebuyer (defined as a person who has never owned or not owned for at least the last 3 years) Borrower must complete a HUD first time homebuyer course through a HUD certified counseling agency. Borrower must put a minimum of 1.5% of their own funds down towards purchase of home Fiscal Year 2021 Income Limits for Solano County Number in Household Max Annual Income
