Background

A Groundwater and Settlement Monitoring and Contingency Plan (GSMCP) (dated 9 February 2018) was prepared by AECOM New Zealand Limited for canopy removal and utility relocation works along the west side of Albert Street, between Victoria Street and Wellesley Street. It is understood that the scope of the proposed additional Stage 1 to Stage 3 utility relocation works include the relocation of electrical, telecommunication, gas, portable water, stormwater and wastewater assets along sections of Albert Street, Kingston Street and Victoria Street, as shown on the plans included in Appendix C of the CEMP addendum. To support the additional utility relocation works, managements plans are required to be prepared under the provisions of the Aotea to North Auckland Line (A2N) Regional Resource Consent. This addendum to the certified GSMCP has been prepared to address the requirements of the A2N Regional Resource Consent. 2
