“Mother Courage and Her Children” “Very Old Film and Very Old Texts with Very New Music” at the Sedgwick Theater uintessence Theatre Group continues producing progressive classic theatre and launches its seventh season with David Hare’s translation of Bertolt Brecht’s “Mother Courage and Her Children,” with original music by Michael Friedman. “Mother Courage” begins on Wednesday, October 12 at 7 p.m. and opens on Saturday, October 15 at 8 p.m. All performances are at the Sedgwick Theater, 7137 Germantown Ave. in Mt. Relâche New Music Ensemble Kicks off 4th Season in Residence at the Penn Museum – Sunday, October 16
