Key Achievements (Examples):

• The UCG Standing Financial Instructions cover procurement rules for the College and have been updated to include the supply of an EDI Guide for suppliers & contractors. The guide helps suppliers understand the minimum standard which they are required to meet and how to improve those standards beyond the minimum legal requirement.

• Training agreement with employers contains frequent references to the EDI agenda, including a whole section on Equality legislation.

• Commitment statements and apprenticeship reviews include information relating to the EDI agenda.

• Power BI Dashboard for apprentices has been created and it is currently being tested.
