is an interactive, collaborative co-working and makerspace located in the heart of downtown Omaha’s Old Market district. The concept behind this project is designing a location for the CO, which currently exists in Jackson, TN, and bringing it to Omaha, NE. The main influence of the CO is the Old Market’s historic charm as well as what makes Omaha, Omaha.
The ďŹ fth oor is a broken into two sides the North side being a co-working, workspace and the South side being a comaking, makerspace with a cafe in between to promote a mix of these dynamic nomads using this space.
