Beach. Great fishing at high tide, as there are some rocky platforms at the northern end of the beach.

Where is it?

The rock platform is located at the northern end of Campbell's Beach. Access is from Eleourea Dr, Sapphire Beach.

What’s there?

There are no facilities at all.

Stay Safe

Be sun safe and make sure you have a good hat and plenty of sunscreen. Don’t forget to put sunscreen on the tops of your hands as well. What fish should I target?

Best fish to target are Jewfish at night. Tailor, Bream, Drummer and Snapper

What bait should I use?

Use Pilchards, whole Prawns and bread for burley.

Top Tips

Best to fish early morning and late afternoon.

What lures are best?

Large 15cm, soft plastics and large jig heads.

Good fishing all year round. What dream fish might I catch?

Massive big Jewfish and record Drummer.

For the kids

Not really good for kids, no shade and no facilities. Better for those out to catch a serious fish.

To get a feel for the ‘lay of the land’, take the short drive up to Sealy Lookout in Bruxner Park, northwest of the city, where you’ll enjoy superb views of the city and beaches below from the new Forest Sky Pier.

Coffs Harbour’s city centre and CBD are situated close to the highway. The City Centre’s unique shops and boutiques, al fresco cafés and the Thursday Growers’ Market are popular with office workers, regular shoppers and visitors alike.

The popular Jetty and Harbourside district is a few kilometres to the east along Harbour Drive, just past The Promenade with its shops and restaurants overlooking Coffs Creek.
