AT NONAME STUDIO CONCEPT DESIGN Location: Atasehir Modern Development – Turkey Year: 2018 Area; 180.000 m2
As requested by the client, we had to combine a mix of different typologies: from studio units to larger and more traditional apartments, as well as a commercial part on the ground floor level. To combine these client needs with the natural slope of the land, we decided to hide the commercial part with an earth excavation on which we inserted the commercial part. Its roof is composed of different steep surfaces, which create a unique morphology with the terrain itself. Everything is covered by green to create a continuous land where pedestrians can walk. TASKS I was part of the design team; I designed and coordinated the intern for the production of the final sheets and I realized architectural drawings.

TRIANGULATION MULTIMIXED BUILDING
AT NONAME STUDIO CONCEPT DESIGN Location: Nehirpark Residences – Ankara, Turkey Year: 2018 Area; 38.000 m2
The stacked parking lot and commercial floor become a sort of base on which the entire complex rests. The commercial volume is eroded to create an inner space for customers away from the street, allows the sunlight to go inside the courtyard and into the inner facade. Above the platform are located common spaces, indoor and outdoor facilities for residents, connected by a continuous green surface accessible from two different spots. Above the platform are three triangular towers for residential use.
TASKS I was part of the design team; I designed, I coordinated the intern for the production of the final sheets and I realized architectural drawings.

Since the House settlement is located on 600 m of Gokcebel bay, the main priority was to guarantee to any residential unit a panoramic view and at the same time a private space. For this reason, the project has been designed starting from the section. The masterplan is composed of: a hotel, a high-density residential village, townhouse-type residential villas, low-density detached villas, private villas, and amenities. TASKS I was part of the design team; I designed, realized drawings and 3D visualization for the final sheets.

THE SQUARE SPORT CENTER
AT NONAME STUDIO COMPETITION, HONORABLE MENTION Location: Kadıköy Istanbul – Turkey Year: 2016 Area: 18.000 sqm
We proposed a simple L-shaped building, which defines the main public space which was a large square at the city level. In this way, the indoor cultural activities can expand towards the outdoor space. The spatial continuity is allowed within inside and outside, as well as within upstairs and downstairs. Sporting activities which have a strong physical and visual connection with the ground level, are located underneath the square.
TASKS I was part of the design team; I designed, I coordinated the intern for the production of the final sheets and I realized renderings and architectural drawings.
