SLAM DUNK Clayco and Turner teamed up once again to complete an expansion project of the existing Ubben Basketball Practice Facility at the University of Illinois. Designed by HNTB, the project doubled the size of the existing facility to a total of approximately 75,000 square feet and expanded the basketball practice courts to include two additional half-court areas. Additional amenities include new coaches’ offices, meeting rooms and sports medicine areas.

OUT OF THE BOX This 410,000-square-foot corrugated box plant in Longview, Washington is being developed by JB2 Partners and will be the newest facility for WestRock’s corrugated manufacturing operation.

TECHNOLOGY IN MOTION The Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) integrated team completed the design and preconstruction of Hankook Tire’s expansion to their current facility in Clarksville, Tennessee and have recently been awarded the design-build contract for the project. The additional 2.5 million square feet will provide capacity for Hankook’s new passenger and truck tire manufacturing needs.

LUXURY STUDENT HOUSING Developed by CRG and designed by LJC, The Dean Reno student housing center opened in time for the fall 2023 semester. The project is a 12-story building that offers nearly 775 students fully furnished rooms, a top-notch fitness center, gaming and club lounges, grills, fire pits, individual and group study spaces topped off with a rooftop terrace. 10


ON THE ROAD We celebrated the groundbreaking of ENTEK’s $1.5 billion separator plant in Terre Haute, Indiana. Designed by LJC, this plant will produce lithium-ion battery components for the growing electric vehicle industry and represents ENTEK’s single largest investment to date.

BUILDING SMILES Clayco continues to deliver quality construction for Amazon, the nation’s largest e-commerce retailer. In total, Clayco has worked on 65 projects for Amazon across the nation. With over 105,000,000 square feet of distribution centers and 1,600 megawatts of cloud storage, our goal is to make lives better everyday!

RIVER VIEWS Designed by Mackey Mitchell Architects, River Street is a suite-style residence hall for The Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) which will house more than 800 students. This project is nestled on the west end of downtown with splendid views of the Savannah River and the historic district. 14


ACE IS THE PLACE Developed by Seefried Industrial Properties and designed by LJC, this 1,000,000-square-foot warehouse and office facility for Ace Hardware in Visalia, California includes 80 acres of sitework and utilities as well as offsite work.

STATE-OF-THE-ART PARKING This new 632,000-square-foot, 7-story parking garage is located on our confidential client’s semiconductor site in Texas. Once complete, this facility will feature electrical and solar array, communications and fire riser support rooms throughout.

INNOVATION EXCELLENCE Pfizer once again enlisted the collaborative team of LJC and Clayco as the design-

build team to expand its facility in Chesterfield, Missouri. The innovative design embodies Pfizer’s unwavering commitment to excellence, quality, safety, and value in the biopharmaceutical industry. In addition, the team was selected to renovate Pfizer’s campus in Boulder, Colorado.

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT Clayco congratulates CCDI’s 2023 class of “Build Our Future” Scholarship recipients! The award ceremony also marked a special milestone as CCDI celebrated their first four scholarship recipients to graduate college and secure full-time employment. Thank you to the CCDI program for the support you have given these students and for the impact you are making in our industry! 18


SOLAR POWERED Our integrated engineering, procurement and construction team was selected to provide design, build and procurement services for Canadian Solar’s 750,000-square-foot solar panel assembly manufacturing facility in Mesquite, Texas. At full build-out, the state-of-the-art facility will have an annual output of five gigawatts, equivalent to approximately 20,000 modules per day.

BUILD IT AND THEY WILL COME Designed by Cawley Architects and built by Clayco, construction is well underway at Advanced Industrial Park in Mesa, Arizona, which allowed ViaWest to secure a three-building lease with Arrow Electronics.

FUTURE-READY HEALTH SCIENCES The Clayco and Poettker Construction joint venture team celebrated the groundbreaking of Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville’s new health sciences building this year. Designed by Gensler with LJC as the Architect of Record, this facility will be the future home of SIUE’s School of Pharmacy and School of Nursing. The new 115,000-square-foot structure will connect two existing buildings, accommodating new classrooms, research laboratories, teaching laboratories, study areas, a nursing simulation laboratory and administrative offices. 21


CELEBRATING JUNETEENTH The Clayco Foundation held its 3rd annual Juneteenth Fund Celebration at the Palladium in St. Louis. The evening featured entertainment and powerful messages from notable St. Louis celebrities and six $25,000 grants were given to community based organizations that were chosen for their work which betters the individuals and communities they serve.

SPEC BUILDING Clayco and LJC were selected as the design-build team for Scannell Logistic Center. This project is a 462,000-square-foot tilt-up spec building located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

PIETOWN LIVING VeLa Development Partners selected Clayco and LJC to develop a luxury high-rise in Nashville’s Pie Town neighborhood. Dubbed VeLa Pietown, the building will feature 411 residential units and 5,715 square feet of retail space. 24


ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY Our team has been enlisted to develop a new facility in Phoenix for this lithography equipment manufacturer that is helping to develop the next generation of microchips.

CCDI PHOENIX During their final visit to our Skye on 6th jobsite, six outstanding seniors from Phoenix Union Bioscience High School were surprised with $30,000 in “Build Our Future” scholarships to continue their education in construction related majors!

GENERATING JOBS Clayco was selected by NorthPoint Development as the builder for the North Vegas Logistics Center. The project includes two buildings totaling more than two million square feet and will create hundreds of jobs and generate millions in wages for members of the local community.

PANORAMIC VIEWS Developed by North American Development Group and designed by Will Bruder Architects and LJC, PALMTower is designed to be a distinctive addition to Phoenix’s urban skyline. Slated for completion in early 2024, the 28-story tower will offer residents a 360-degree view of the city. Ventana installed the seven-level podium wrapped in a perforated metallic scrim that catches light, shadow and color, producing a unique sculptural gesture within the urban fabric.

RENEWABLE RESOURCES Construction is underway for Missouri Cobalt’s new battery materials processing plant. This engineering, procurement and construction project includes an ambitious environmental remediation and manufacturing effort to process clean and ethically produced battery minerals and will result in additional jobs in Madison County.

GOING UP Ventana designed a total building solution for McCarthy’s design-build team that is overseeing the construction of a new 16-story inpatient hospital tower for Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Ventana integrated composite stone, metal panels and glass using the Ventana unitized envelope system. 32


CHANGING THE SKYLINE Ventana provided six bespoke curtainwall systems for Bedrock’s new project in Detroit which will replace the Hudson building that was imploded in 1998. All window systems were modeled in Revit and Rhino and collaboratively managed with the design team throughout the project. Built by Barton Malow, the 250,000-square-foot façade was acoustically and thermally enhanced to provide occupants with superior comfort. 33


RISK-FREE ENCLOSURE Built by McCarthy, Ventana delivered a custom truss system unitized façade for Washington University School of Medicine’s Neuroscience building in St. Louis. This system eliminates common risks associated with a curtainwall featuring multiple substrates.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION Ventana customized 250,000 square feet of glass and aluminum panels into one seamless façade at T. Rowe Price’s new global headquarters in Baltimore that is being built by Armada Hoffler. To preserve the architect’s intent, Ventana prefabricated two-story tall units, which required the development of custom engineered lifting devices to use in conjunction with the tower crane for installation. This double story design allowed Ventana to enclose the building at an even faster pace.

MESA GATEWAY Developed by Scannell Properties, the Mesa Gateway 202 project successfully completed the ADOSH (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program inspection and now proudly flies the ADOSH flag.

CENTRALLY LOCATED Developed by Venture One, this 894,300-square-foot warehouse and distribution center for Central Steel & Wire is centrally located in University Park, Illinois and includes a 38,000-square-foot office.

CUTTING EDGE HEADQUARTERS Developed by The Boyer Company, XNRGY’s U.S. headquarters in Mesa, Arizona will include 250,000 square feet of production capacity along with 25,000 square feet of office space and is expected to be completed in 2024.

DISTRIBUTION HUB In collaboration with Scannell Properties, this 388,000-squarefoot distribution and e-commerce warehouse in Glendale, Arizona sits on 50 acres and includes 250 car spaces and 127 trailer stalls. The project also includes preparation of a building pad for a future adjacent “twin” building. 40

FROM EAST HALLS TO POLLOCK HALLS The Clayco team on the Penn State East Halls development invited students to the beam signing event in Stone Hall! It was a great opportunity for our team to interact and engage with the students living and learning in the residential hall. We have had such an incredible experience on the Penn State campus and look forward to our next beam signing in Pollock Halls!

PHOENIX RISING Our regional team celebrated the grand opening of Clayco’s new office in Phoenix! Designed by LJC, our new 48,000-square-foot office supports more than 400 employees. We’re proud to see our southwestern team growing and thriving!

UPSCALE LIVING Chapter at The Streets is CRG’s multifamily residential development in St. Charles, Missouri. Built by Brinkman and designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, these 245 upscale apartments were designed to provide spaces and experiences that enhance residents’ daily lives.

DRIVING PROGRESS Developed by Thompson Thrift, Clayco is constructing phase one of Elliot Tech Center which consists of three industrial buildings, off-site improvements, and five retail pads. Designed by Butler Design Group, this state-of-the-art industrial/distribution mixed-use center in Mesa, Arizona is designed to accommodate a variety of tenants.

STYLISH EXPANSION This 175,000-square-foot warehouse expansion for Lululemon in Groveport, Ohio includes product storage and a secondary office space with additional break rooms, conference rooms and employee amenities such as a covered outdoor basketball court and patio spaces with canopies for outdoor access.

TAKING FLIGHT In June 2023, Clayco broke ground on a 35,500-square-foot renovation and expansion at the Fort Wayne International Airport. Designed by Mead & Hunt, this project includes the renovation of approximately 10,500 square feet of concourse area as well as the expansion of approximately 5,000 square feet of first level space designated for airport operations.

POWER WOMEN & POWER TOOLS Members of our Clayco and LJC teams in Los Angeles and Chicago participated in their respective Habitat for Humanity Women Build events this year. The legendary build day spotlights under-invested communities and results in several homes with affordable mortgages built for women in the area.

This was the sixth year our Chicago team participated in this event. Our tenacious team of women volunteers raised over $12,000 and constructed homes with affordable mortgages for women in the community.

MODERN DELIVERY The United States Postal Service has been working to modernize its delivery network by combining and centralizing carrier operations in new and large sorting and delivery centers and utilizing more battery electric vehicles. Clayco has been engaged to help with the efforts in four locations in Pennsylvania and Illinois.

LET IT FLOW Clayco began construction this year on a 1.4 million-square-foot distribution and flow center on 400 acres in Hudson, New Hampshire. Slated for completion in 2026, this project for a large retailer includes the development of two new access roads with bridges over wetlands. 51


SKYLINE ICON This year, Clayco broke ground on X Phoenix Phase II, a new 26-story mixed-use residential high-rise in Phoenix. Designed by LJC, this 630,000-square-foot project is owned and developed by The X Company. The new tower will be located adjacent to the X Phoenix, a 20-story, 330-unit concrete structure, a project that Clayco completed in 2022.

NEW HEIGHTS Developed by Greenstreet and designed by HDA Architects, Sterling Heights is a 25-story residential tower which will include 254 units and a 4-story parking garage in Clayton, Missouri.

REDEFINING SUSTAINABILITY Developed by USAA Real Estate and designed by PDMS Design Group, this 160,000-square-foot spec warehouse is situated on an 8-acre site in Dallas, Texas and was constructed with cross-laminated timber, a precision designed wood product that replaces the concrete panels of typical industrial warehouses.

SPACE BOUND This year, Clayco completed a 200,000-squarefoot expansion to the liquid-fueled rocket engine manufacturing facility for Blue Origin. The project encloses over 300,000 square feet of state-of-the-art fabrication and manufacturing space and just under 100,000 square feet of Class-A engineering, collaboration and administrative office area.

THE BIG APPLE Concrete Strategies has made its debut in Times Square! Our team’s latest animation was on display in August in New York City.

RECORD BREAKING CONSTRUCTION This year, Concrete Strategies completed a record-breaking tilt-up of 16 massive, insulated panels at this confidential jobsite in Kentucky. The 18-inch-thick, 91-foottall panels weighing nearly 340,000 pounds, are the largest insulated panels ever erected using tilt-up construction and required an 880-ton crane to lift them. 62

TWO AT A TIME Developed by NorthPoint and designed by studioNorth Architecture, these two tilt-up distribution centers in Hagerstown, Maryland total more than 1,650,000 square feet.

HELPFUL HARDWARE COMPANY Developed by Hunt Midwest, this 1,500,000-square-foot distribution center in Kansas City, Missouri was designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative. Construction will be completed in late 2024.

LUNCH IS SERVED The Clayco Overland office received a big face-lift this year. The LJC Interiors team designed several new dining areas for our employees and added a new kitchen, staffed with chefs who provide the team with healthy and delicious lunches everyday!

COLLABORATIVE SUCCESS Construction recently completed at this 64-acre site housing a greenfield chicken processing plant for Tyson. Located in Danville, Virginia, the facility includes a mezzanine level, ASRS cold storage, raw materials storage, production and packaging and office space.

LOGISTICS CENTER Developed by Sansone Group and Crow Holdings and designed by Powers Brown Architects, Clayco has been enlisted to construct a 700,000-square-foot core and shell spec building alongside the Tac Pal Logistics Center in Palmyra, New Jersey.

MADE FOR THE PLANET Clayco is partnering with Rivian to construct an over 4-million-squarefoot cutting edge electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Stanton Springs, Georgia. The plant is expected to begin vehicle production in 2026 and will create 7,500 employment opportunities. 70


GIRL POWER Clayco’s Network of Women (NOW) group hosted our third annual Bring a Girl to Clayco Day in April. The daughters, granddaughters, nieces and cousins of our Clayco team were invited to learn and explore career opportunities in construction. They toured our offices and received interactive presentations from women across all of our Clayco departments and companies. It is our hope that these girls will be inspired to see women succeeding in a traditionally male dominated field.

RAISING THE SAFETY BAR Clayco has recently added a new VPP Star status to our excellent safety record for Region V! Our team’s shared dedication to safety on jobsites across the region has led to this accomplishment! In addition, our data center project in Phoenix was awarded the honor of “Safest Jobsite in America” by the client. Congratulations to everyone for exemplifying our Clayco Safe culture and ensuring everyone goes home safely.

RAUSCH CREEK LOGISTICS CENTER Developed by Panattoni, this 970,000-square-foot spec warehouse in Tremont, Pennsylvania is the second building constructed on this site and slated for completion in 2024.

BUILDING CAREERS Clayco’s culture is focused on introducing young professionals to the world of construction and we are proud to have had the opportunity to work with 150+ interns this summer! Students are given the opportunity to sit in various sectors of the business from construction to accounting in an effort to teach them about life at Clayco.

ABUNDANCE OF AMENITIES Designed by LS3P, this Class A office campus in Charlotte, North Carolina features 770,000 square feet of office space, an early childhood development center, a training center, as well as walking trails and water features. The design preserves and takes advantage of the campus environment by providing open spaces and natural light while embracing the site’s natural features.

INNOVATIVE CAMPUS PROJECT Clayco and St. Louis Community College celebrated the groundbreaking of the Center for Emerging Technologies and the Financial Services & Enrollment Center at the Meramec campus. The project is slated for completion in spring 2025.

PROJECT CONDUIT This year, Clayco completed construction of a 1.5 million-square-foot distribution center for NorthPoint Development. Located in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, the center was built on 129 acres of land.

PICKLEBALL ANYONE? Developed by CRG and Shapack Partners, this nearly one-and-a-half-acre site at 170 N. Green Street in Chicago has been temporarily converted to pickleball courts while LJC has been finalizing the design of One Fulton Market.

PROJECT COMPLETION Construction is completed on a new 1,098,800-square-foot distribution center for Costco. The facility is located on 80 acres in Tumwater, Washington. 83


POWER UP Developed by Newport Commercial and designed by DLR Group, Clayco is wrapping up construction on four spec buildings totaling over 550,000 square feet located in Power Industrial Park in Mesa, Arizona. Each of these single-story, flexindustrial buildings have been designed with various end-user tenants in mind. 84


38TH & HURON Clayco is set to break ground in 2024 on a high-rise residential development for Continental Realty Group in Denver. Designed with a strong emphasis on transit-oriented living, the project offers convenient access to downtown and nearby interstate connections.

MIXED USE Designed by SOM and developed by Shapack Partners, this 29-story mixed-use residential/retail building at 220 North Ada in Chicago will include four levels of parking and ground level retail.

BUILDING THE FUTURE This project for VinFast will be the first electric vehicle manufacturing facility in North Carolina and will help contribute to the supply of electric vehicles in North America. Designed by Albert Kahn Associates, Inc., this project will cover an area of approximately 1,800 acres, VinFast’s factory is designed to reach a capacity of 150,000 vehicles per year in Phase One.

RIVERFRONT BEAUTIFICATION The Katherine Ward Burg Garden, named for the St. Louis photographer who cherished the riverfront, is a primary gateway for pedestrians traveling under the Eads Bridge. LJC designed this new social destination as a beacon to attract people walking through the arches of the bridge, drawing them toward the new riverfront park.

SKYE HIGH Clayco is nearing completion of a new multifamily high-rise located in Phoenix. Developed by Hubbard Street Group and designed by Shepley Bulfinch, the new Skye on 6th development will feature 309 units spanning 26 floors with approximately 6,500 square feet of ground floor retail. The project will be LEED certified and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.

BUILDING HISTORY The Clayco + Ardmore Roderick team continues to support Turner and the City of Chicago in the building of The Obama Presidential Center; a museum, library and education space in Chicago to commemorate Obama’s presidency. Designed by Tod Williams and Billie Tsien, the project is slated to be completed in 2025. 92

CAN YOU DIG IT? Clayco was thrilled to host our second Kids Dig event! Lurie Children’s patients and their families had the opportunity to spend the day with hands-on construction education. We are happy that the Kids Dig event raised spirits and raised over $150,000 for the hospital! Our team looks forward to growing this yearly initiative with our partners at Lurie’s and our construction community.

CUTTING EDGE EV BATTERY PLANT Construction has begun in Moses Lake, Washington on an EV battery manufacturing project for Group14 Technologies. Designed by LJC, this facility will be the second of its kind in the U.S. planned to product silicon battery materials.

TRAILBLAZING DESIGN The Brickline Greenway’s latest one-mile addition, stretching from Harris-Stowe State University to the St. Louis CITY SC Stadium, exemplifies St. Louis’ commitment to accessible multimodal trails. This segment is part of the larger LJC-designed Brickline Greenway which weaves through 17 neighborhoods, connecting iconic city landmarks. 97


FULL COURT PRESS Team CRG recently participated in the 2023 Bisnow Tournament of Champions, hosted at Shapack’s 167 Green development in Chicago. Beyond basketball skills, the event provided a networking platform and gave back to the community, with a portion of ticket proceeds benefiting the C.H.A.M.P.S. Male Mentoring Program, an initiative supporting young men of color.

CONTINUED GROWTH Clayco continues our relationship with the retail giant Dollar General. The two new centers in Pennsylvania and Oregon mark our seventh and eighth facilities for this client.

RISING HIGH Once complete, VeLa Phoenix will offer residents 27 floors of luxury apartment living. Designed by LJC, the building plan includes a four-story, 132,000-square-foot above ground parking garage.

ILLUMINATION In October, 1,200 people came together at Illumination to cast a light on a rare disease and raised over $1.2 million to help in the search for a cure to RVCL. Since its inception in 2016, the event, held each year in Chicago, has brought in $9.8 million. Party goers enjoyed an evening of music, incredible costumes, food, friends and fun. Shawn Clark, CEO of CRG, rolled up his sleeves to help with the event set up!

IMPROVING LIVES Construction continues on The Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes Jewish Hospital Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis. Designed by The Lawrence Group, the center will be the home of unparalleled patient service, multi-specialty cancer care and thriving research.

OPENING WINDOWS Clayco and the Andersen Corporation celebrated the groundbreaking of the Renewal by Andersen manufacturing and distribution project in Locust Grove, Georgia. Designed by LJC, this will be Andersen’s first manufacturing facility in Georgia and will provide the capacity to expand in future years to support additional Andersen enterprise product lines.

HIGH FIVE CRG, LJC and Clayco teamed up to deliver two new warehouses for a major home improvement retailer in Mesa, Arizona and Little Rock, Arkansas. The projects mark the fourth and fifth time this client engaged our integrated team.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION HUB The Chicago Transit Authority has tapped LJC and Clayco for its new facility that will bring together vehicular and maintenance training with the CTA’s primary operations and control center. THAT’S A WRAP This summer, Clayco wrapped up construction on two spec warehouses for NorthPoint Development. Located in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, each warehouse is 1 million square feet.

EXPANDING EXCELLENCE Our team is providing design-build services for this manufacturing facility expansion for Toray Carbon Fibers America, the main supplier for carbon fiber panels to Boeing for the 787 Dreamliner. Located in Moore, South Carolina, the facility will be completed in 2025.

PROJECT DOLPHIN Developed by Venture One, this 350,165-square-foot material handling facility in Cherry Valley, Illinois was completed in the summer of 2023.

CAMPUS LIVING This summer, construction was completed on a two-phased residential project for SCAD in Atlanta. Designed by Mackey Mitchell Architects and LJC, SCAD 45 is a 384,000-square-foot building with approximately 1,000 beds to meet the needs of a growing student population. The project also included the creation of a theater, pool deck, fitness center, dining hall, bookstore and classroom space. 114

ANYTHING FOR PETS This year, Clayco completed construction on expansion projects for PetSmart in Georgia and Pennsylvania. A 189,800-square-foot expansion project for PetSmart in Ottawa, Illinois is still underway.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE BATTERIES Designed by LJC and built by Clayco, this 1.4-millionsquare foot EV battery manufacturing plant and ancillary buildings will be the first facility for AESC in the United States. AESC is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage systems.

SOARING HIGH Developed by Scannell Properties and designed by Pond, this 150,000-square-foot component operations facility for Boeing will service U.S. Navy and Air Force aircraft at Cecil Airport on Jacksonville’s Aviation Authority facility. The facility, which will inspect and repair airplane parts, will add approximately 300 new maintenance and support positions.

THE STANDARD Work was completed this year at The Standard at Columbia. Designed by LJC and developed by CRG and Landmark Properties, this 17-story student housing tower features 247 fully furnished units in downtown Columbia, South Carolina.

PROJECT PEBBLE Clayco and LJC were selected by Hilco Redevelopment Partners as the design-build team for this 1,300-acre project. This multi billion-dollar re-imagining of the Bellwether District is one of Philadelphia’s largest development projects. The project will build life science and industrial hubs, while bringing supply chain logistics to an area near the airport.

PARK & FLY Construction continues on a garage at Terminal 5 as part of the O’Hare 21 expansion. This six-level, cast in place, post-tension parking structure will provide travelers with access to 2,350 more parking spaces at this busy international airport in Chicago. Most recently, our Our AECOM, Hunt, Clayco, Bowa joint venture team was awarded Work Order 9 - Central Basin as another phase of this huge expansion.

ISO BOARD MANUFACTURING This year, our integrated engineering, procurement and construction team completed a 425,000-square-foot confidential ISO board manufacturing plant in Peru, Illinois. They are also operating as the design-build team for the same client on a 712,000-square-foot manufacturing project in Valdosta, Georgia, which will be completed in 2024.

HIGHER LEARNING Clayco and Turner Construction are JV partners on three projects at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Designed by LMN Architects and Booth Hansen Architects, the projects include the construction of a parking garage, student learning center and an office building for faculty. 127


FLY IN STYLE The new Idaho Falls Regional Airport terminal renovation and expansion project is designed by Alliance Architects and includes upgrades to the ticketing lobby, outbound bag area, airline ticket offices, security checkpoint, holding rooms, central lobby and restrooms.

LOGISTICS PARK Construction was completed this year on a project for MCB Real Estate in Currwood Logistics Park. Designed by MGMA Design, these two buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet will bring 1,000 new jobs to Hagerstown, Maryland.

INTEGRATED EFFORT Clayco completed a two-building project for R&R Realty in Omaha, Nebraska. Designed by Schemmer, with concrete work provided by Concrete Strategies, the two buildings total more than 500,000 square feet.

HEALTHCARE EDUCATION Clayco and LJC are teaming up to design and build Adtalem Chamberlain University. The project will include the addition of interior classrooms, office space and common areas at the university’s existing nursing school in Phoenix.

LAKESIDE LIVING Clayco was selected by South Pier to build three residential towers in Tempe, Arizona. Designed by Davis Design Solutions, the towers will be 21 floors each with three levels of below grade parking.

INDOOR FARMING This 100,000-square-foot state-of-the-art indoor grow facility in San Antonio includes an advanced biofarm that will cultivate organic herbs and leafy greens. Designed by LJC, this facility will also include refrigerated storage, indoor grow areas, administrative offices, and specialized zones for label storage, soil production and irrigation equipment.

ECO-FRIENDLY STORAGE Clayco completed construction of a new warehouse featuring 185,386 square feet of refrigerated space and 451,800 square feet of dry storage for Kraft-Heinz in Lathrop, California. Designed by Ware Malcomb and developed by Prologis, this project’s refrigeration system utilizes trans-critical-carbon-dioxidecooling with eight rooftop penthouse evaporators.
