WELCOME STUDENTS The Everly Apartments are a 14-story, 209-unit residential complex on The Delmar Loop in St. Louis, welcoming students fall 2017.

COLD STORAGE with over 400,000-square-feet of cold storage space, this 1,000,000-square-foot distribution facility for Schnuck Markets will service 100 stores in 5 states.

MORE THAN JUST A SITE PLAN Forum Studio helped to clean up and revitalize the Ruth Porter Mall Park on the St. Vincent Greenway. In addition, the landscape group is currently working on the Fort Wayne Riverfront redevelopment (left) - reconnecting the community to the riverfront will act as an economic development tool by stimulating new private development in the area. 35

BUILDING COMMUNITY Designed pro-bono by Forum Studio’s landscape group, Trojan Park sits within the larger St. Vincent Greenway and includes fitness equipment and three playgrounds that are designed for different ages.

LOCAL COMFORT Clayco is building a 300,000-square-foot warehouse for Soft Surroundings, a comfort clothing line for women, headquartered in Mexico, Missouri.

BUILDING FOR INNOVATION Clayco recently finished the third warehouse facility for 3M in Park 88 in Dekalb, Illinois.

GIRL POWER! Now, more than ever before, women are taking advantage of the opportunities available in the construction industry.

STATE-OF-THE-ART MEDICINE Once complete, the Cook County Central Campus Health Center will provide medical oncology, infusion, dental, general medicine, oral health, dermatology, ophthalmology and other specialty out-patient services. In addition to five levels of administrative and professional office space, there is also a new emergency drive and access road realignments. 60
INTERACTIVE ENVIRONMENT The transformation of the tilted plane in the Grand Center Arts Plaza will serve as an interactive environment for students and visitors to adjacent businesses, allowing them to engage in educational, social, cultural, and economic vitality. 61
EYE IN THE SKY Clayco uses photography and video from helicopters, planes and drones to document the progress on jobsites. Uplift Data Partners can fly, analyze and deliver custom drone data insights to their partners. The Georgia Pacific jobsite in University Park, Illinois is featured on the right.

TEAMWORK With HOK as the architect, Clayco is proud to team with Alberici and S.M. Wilson on BJC HealthCare’s Campus Renewal Project, which will modernize and expand one of the largest healthcare campuses in the nation.

CAMPUS EXPANSION Clayco has teamed with Cushman Wakefield and HOK to manage the campus expansion project for Centene which is the fourth fastest growing corporation traded on the U.S. Stock Exchange. Centene’s proposed Clayton Campus expansion will bring 2,000 high-quality jobs to Clayton, one-thousand of these jobs will be new to the state of Missouri.

RECYCLED RAIN 618 South Main is constructed with the goal of LEED Silver certification with rain gardens to retain storm water and materials from recycled content.
