Santa Countdown Calendar Materials: •

Santa Countdown Calendar Template (pg 8)

Other Materials Required: Markers, pencils or paints, glitter, sequins or rhinestones & glue.

This cute craft is the perfect way to build excitement for Christmas!

1. Print out the supplied template on page 8. We recommend you print it on cover paper. This will provide a great surface for decorating.

2. Colour the template using either markers, pencils or maybe even paint!

3. For a touch of sparkle you could add glitter, sequins or rhinestones.

4. On the 1st of December start your countdown by taking one of your white cotton balls and gluing it in place on the number 1 circle.

5. As the days progress continue to fill in Santa’s beard with cotton balls all the way up to 25.

6. It’s Christmas Day! Santa’s beard is now complete. It’s time to open your presents and enjoy the day with your family!

Looking For Santa Glasses Materials: •

Cardboard Glasses – White – Pack of 20 – 10635

Other Materials Required: Scissors, template (pg’s 9-10), markers, hole punch.

1. Print out the supplied template on pages 9-10. We recommend you print it on cover paper as it provides a great surface for decorating.

2. Use the templates to cut out pieces of coloured cover paper.

3. Use the glue stick to attach the coloured template pieces to the cardboard glasses. Allow to dry.

4. Add a ‘Looking for Santa’ message and use markers to decorate the arms of the glasses.

5. Finally, add a touch of sparkle to your glasses using glitter glue.

6. Punch 1 hole in both of the antlers using a hole punch.

7. Cut 2 short pieces of tinsel chenille stem (approximately 6cm each) and thread a jingle bell onto each of the pieces.

8. Attach the jingle bell to the antler by threading the chenille stem through the hole you have punched and twisting the ends together to fasten.

9. Your glasses are now ready to wear! Look into the night sky on Christmas eve and see if you can spot Santa flying across the sky!

Add a touch of wonder and magic to your house with this simple Christmas craft!

1. Begin by giving your hanger a coat of white paint. Allow to dry. This is not essential but provides a good base for painting.

2. Paint your holder with Christmas colours. You may wish to add a touch of sparkle with some glitter. Allow to dry.

3. Use the template (pg 11) to cut out a tag. Write on a message, such as ‘Santa’s Magic Key’ and then decorate. Punch a hole in the top ready to thread onto ribbon.

4. Use the modelling clay to mould your key. Be sure it has a hole in the top for threading onto ribbon and that it isn’t too large for the hanger. Allow to dry.

5. Decorate your key with gold paint. You may wish to add a touch of sparkle with some glitter. Allow to dry.

6. Thread your key onto a length of red satin ribbon along with your tag and tie a knot at the end. It’s now time to hang your key on the hanger ready for Santa!

Christmas Knock ‘em Downs Materials: •

Other materials required: Scissors, pencil, cover paper, wiggle eyes.

How many can you knock down with the pom pom!

1. Sketch out character designs in pencil onto 6 paper cups. Look to ours for inspiration or create your own.

2. Use paint and markers to decorate your designs. You may even wish to add other features using cover paper or some fun wiggle eyes! Allow to dry.

3. Make a large pom pom. Place the end of a long length of wool (approximately 30m) between 2 cardboard rolls and start winding the wool around both rolls.

4. Cut a second length of wool approximately 40cm long to wrap around the middle of the wool, in between the cardboard rolls.

5. Tie the length of wool loosely in the middle. Gently begin to push the cardboard rolls out of the wrapped wool ball.

6. Now the cardboard rolls have been removed, tie the middle piece of wool tightly around the centre to secure.

7. You’ll notice both ends of the wool consists of loops. Use scissors to carefully cut these loops open.

8. Fluff up your pom pom & trim the ends of the wool to create a round pom pom shape. Use different coloured wool & make enough pom poms for each player.

9. Start playing! Set your 6 cups into a pyramid formation and each take turns in using your pom pom to knock ‘em down!

This beautiful tree is the perfect way to add some Christmas cheer to your house!

1. Begin by giving your pine cone a coat of white paint. Allow to dry. This is not essential but provides a good base for painting.

2. Give the pine cone a coat of green paint. Allow to dry.

3. While the pine cone is drying, decorate your mini terracotta pot using the markers and glitter.

4. Stick glue dots around the bottom outer edge of the pine cone and push gently into the pot to secure. Decorate the pine cone by sticking seqins on with a glue gun.

5. Take your chenille stem and bend the shape of a star into one end. This will leave a length of chenille stem to attach the star to the pine cone.

6. Wrap the chenille stem around the top of the pine cone so the star sits securely on top. Trim any excess chenille stem. Your tree is now ready to feature in your house!
