1. Choose the dye colours you want to use and mix with water in the individual paint containers. The more water you use the more pastel the outcome.
2. Lay down a splash mat and make sure your dye and brushes are on hand. Wet the cushion cover and squeeze out the excess water, laying it out ready to paint.
3. Begin painting the cushion. You will notice the colour bleeds out to give a watercolour effect.
4. Continue painting until the whole cushion is covered.
5. Flip the cushion over. The colours will have seeped through, but you may want to touch up or add some more dye for a stronger pigment.
6. Place the cushion in a zip lock bag and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours to help set the colours. Remove from the fridge and air dry completely.
7. Wash the cushion to remove any excess dye then air dry. Once dry, iron the cushion to heat set. Adult supervision is recommended when using an iron.
8. Choose a colour from the glitter iron-on sheets and use the template on page 8 as a guide to cut out a heart. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors. Follow the instructions in the pack to iron the decal onto the cushion.

1. Knead 2 or more colours of clay until it is nice and pliable. Form long sausages and twist the clay together to create a lovely marbled effect.
2. Silicone moulds are perfect for creating earrings! Start with a small piece to wrap around the hole at the top then fill the rest of the mould, pressing in firmly.
3. Carefully peel the edges of the mould back and lift the clay off the silicone. Repeat steps 2 & 3 to create the second earring.
4. Create a cute heart cut out using a scratch board tool. Gently scratch the heart onto the surface and then dig slowly into the clay making sure it keeps its shape.
5. Creating keyrings are easy! Use a hobby knife to cut a block of clay into quarter strips. Adult supervision is recommended. Use the stamper set to press in a message for Mum.
6. Push a jewellery bail firmly into the top of the block. Make sure it is centred and pushed all the way in. The jewellery bail can be baked with the clay as it is metal.
7. You can also make beads for a necklace! Roll a ball of clay and gently pinch it between your fingers to flatten slightly. Push onto a scratch board tool to create holes in the centre of the beads. Remove the tool.
8. Place all of your finished pieces onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven as per instructions on the polymer clay box. Allow to cool and harden when complete.
9. Complete your earrings by using jump rings to attach the shepherd hooks. Thread a split ring onto the jewellery bail of the keyring and thread the beads onto some waxed thread to create a necklace.

Take turns dropping beads through the pegs...
1. Print the templates on pages 9 & 10. Decorate the piece labelled (A), then cut out all of the pieces. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors.
2. Place (A) to the side. Lay the other pieces on top of a sheet of contruction foam. Cut each out using a hobby knife, ruler & cutting mat. Cut out (D) 3 times and (B) 2 times. Adult supervision is recommended.
3. Take the (F) piece of foam. Lay template piece (F) over the top and use a plastic pin to pierce holes into the foam where indicated by the dots. Remove the template.
4. Flip the foam over and use double sided tape to stick the decorated piece (A) in place.
5. Align (C) to the base of (A) and attach in place using plastic pins. Push them straight through (C) into (A), keeping them as straight as possible.
6. Attach (E) to the top of (A) using the same method, then the 2 (B) pieces down the sides. This is your bead drop board.
7. Fit the 3 (D) pieces as dividers between the hearts at the bottom. Attach them in place by pushing pins through the holes in the back as well as through the base piece (C).
8. Flip the bead drop board over and push plastic pins through each of the holes you created in step 4. They will now be sticking out of the decorated side creating ‘pegs’ for you to drop a bead through! Let the games begin!
