Relax in our fantastic heated dry float bed and experience the almost weightless state known as passive immersion. ESPA Body Wraps These body wraps all commence with a full body exfoliation to prime your skin for the application of your choice, dependent on your needs. A relaxing scalp massage will be carried out during the treatment to ease tension.
ESPA Detox Algae Wrap 1 hour 10 minutes A complete detox treatment. The algae wrap stimulates, detoxifies, firms and tones, eliminating toxins whilst also hydrating the skin and helping reduce cellulite, fluid retention and bloating. An ideal kick start to a weight loss routine.
ESPA Restorative Mud Wrap 1 hour 10 minutes
Waxing And Tanning We recommend that waxing and tanning is done at the end of the day as it is not advisable to use the Spa facilities for at least six hours after treatment. Exfoliation is advised prior to a tanning treatment. Various waxing treatments are available.
Spray Tanning
Using marine mud rich in trace minerals, this nourishing and replenishing wrap is ideal for sensitive skin in need of a moisture boost.
A choice of different shades are offered to suit your colouring – this provides a sun-kissed look that will develop in four to eight hours.
ESPA Skin Hydrating Body Wrap
For best results, a full body exfoliation prior to a tan application is recommended: this prepares the skin and encourages an even tan.

Natural Therapies Many of our guests know it is impossible to look good on the outside without feeling good about ourselves on the inside. Traditional Thai Massage 1 hour or 90 minutes
A 2,500 year old technique widely respected for its healing potential. Carried out on a futon on the floor, the body is worked from the tips of the toes to the top of the head. Loose, comfortable clothing is required to allow for unrestricted body movement. Thai massage can increase your energy, improve your flexibility and increase your sense of calm. Prescriptive Aromatherapy Massage 1 hour 15 minutes A personalised massage for mind and body, it is performed using a tailored blend of essential oils. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things and can be activated for the purpose of healing; by successfully channelling this vital energy your body can accelerate its own healing process. It works wherever you need it most, releasing blocked energies to relieve muscular pains and chronic longterm conditions as well as boost your immune system.
This gentle non-invasive, relaxing treatment is safe and effective for a wide range of conditions. There is no manipulation or force used. The practitioner uses thumbs and fingers on precise points of the body to make rolling type moves over the muscles and connective tissue. The body responds and is encouraged to realign itself. Thai Foot Massage 1 hour 15 minutes An integral part of traditional Thai Massage, this treatment incorporates elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese Massage and Yoga. Through hands-on stretching and massage combined with the use of a Thai foot stick we can stimulate the reflex points which correspond to your internal organs in order to promote general health and wellbeing.

Hopi Ear Candle 50 minutes A pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears used to treat a variety of ear, nose and throat conditions. The candles work on a chimney principle, drawing any impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. A wonderfully relaxing experience, the treatment finishes with a gentle neck, face and scalp massage.

Counselling 1 hour 30 minutes Enables you to make sense of what is happening to you in your life. Our counsellor will help you explore your problems, understand your feelings and discover inner conflicts. From a new perspective you will find ways of coping with personal challenges.
Meditation 1 hour 15 minutes Meditation is a technique for life, giving you the tools to cope with any situation. Researched benefits show it can suit clients with cardiovascular issues and cholesterol, stress and anxiety, depression, low self esteem, confidence issues, emotional concerns and low concentration. Includes a personal relaxation guided meditation for wellness and a set of personal practices on CD.

Cancellations We understand that cancellations can be unavoidable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Regrettably, treatments booked but not taken or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for.
Day or Stay Packages Please refer to the price list inserted in the back of this booklet for details of our special packages; these packages represent great value if you’re looking to really unwind. Please note that when treatments purchased as part of a package are not

taken they cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, Natural Therapies or services.
Health Note We offer a very wide range of treatments and therapies but some are not advisable if you have, or have had, particular medical conditions. Please refer to the contra-indications summary included in the price list.
