We have four fabulous ceremony rooms for you to choose from. For a small, intimate affair our Ante Room is just perfect, holding up to 60 seated guests. Lundy View has glass doors and a terrace with stunning views across the Bay, and comfortably holds up to 70 guests. Doyle’s retains the beauty of the Victorian era with its high ceilings, pillars, crystal chandeliers and full length windows, offering you a large ceremony of up to 100 guests. For those of you with larger ideas or larger parties then our magnificent Lancaster Suite is the room for you, capable of seating up to 150 guests.

We have carefully tailored our wedding packages to suit all budgets and tastes. Each menu has been thoughfully created and our Head Chef uses only the finest local and seasonal produce to create a wedding feast you will never forget.
Our Crystal package includes an arrival drink of Pimms or Bucks Fizz, a three course wedding breakfast chosen from the Crystal menu, a glass of house wine and a glass of sparkling wine for your toast.
Our Platinum package is the ultimate wedding package. Including two arrival drinks one of which is Champagne, an exquisite choice of dishes from the Platinum menu and another glass of Champagne for your toast.
Our Diamond package includes all of the above with the wedding breakfast chosen from the delectable Diamond menu, two glasses of house wine with your banquet and a glass of Champagne for your toast.
All packages include red carpet for your entrance, room hire, coffee and mints. For additional drinks we also have an extensive list of wines from around the globe.

BOOKING
TIMINGS
A provisional booking can be made and will be held for 14 days, pending a deposit. The deposit is £1000.
Ceremonies in Lundy View, Ante Room and the Lancaster Suite are from 12 noon until 3pm and Doyle’s are from 1pm until 3pm.
All deposits are non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
Wedding Breakfast’s in Doyle’s need to commence by 3pm and the Lancaster Suite by 4pm.
A signed copy of this terms and conditions page together with your deposit is required to confirm you wedding booking.
ALL WEDDINGS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING – •
The Client shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of the reception and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which may constitute a breach in law or cause nuisance in any way. Any such behaviour shall entitle us to require the offending individual(s) to leave the premises.

The Hotel does not operate a corkage facility. Only food and drink provided by the Hotel is to be consumed on the premises. No food and drink provided by the Hotel should be consumed off the premises.

Final numbers and menus must be confirmed 6 weeks prior to the wedding date, with final payment required at this time.
CANCELLATION In the unlikely event that you will have to cancel up to 3 months prior to the event, you will forfeit your deposit. If cancellation is between 3 months and the wedding date, the total cost will be incurred. We will, however, do our best to re-book the date thus reducing the fee charged above. MINIMUM SPEND On a Sunday to Friday our minimum spend is £3000. On a Saturday our minimum spend is £5500. Minimum spend includes food, beverage, room hire and extras, but does not include accommodation. These prices are applicable regardless of the number of guests. All weddings booked must be on a complete wedding package, chosen from our Crystal, Diamond or Platinum options.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, the Hotel reserves the right to vary specifications and prices without notice. Prices quoted include VAT at the current rate at the time of printing and are subject to change if these rates change before you make your final payment. If any new taxes or levies are introduced during the year then we will invoice you accordingly. It is strongly recommended that all Clients arrange wedding insurance cover.
MUSIC LICENCE Our music licence runs until 11pm Sunday to Thursdays and 12 midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
