Book in to one of our luxury two bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse apartments for the night before and have a great space to get ready in on your wedding morning. The abundant natural light in the apartments and throughout the hotel is a photographer’s dream, making easy and beautiful photo opportunities both before the wedding and throughout the day.
We don’t believe in trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. In other words, we won’t tell you that you must take a particular package exactly as listed. Instead we provide you with various options and will work with you to tailor these as little or as much as you like. We pride ourselves on our flexible approach and we’re on hand to discuss options and answer any questions you may have. Our experienced wedding professionals will guide you through from your first look around and throughout the day itself - just like having your own wedding planner!

The foot of our six storey glass ceilinged atrium features a water feature, an ideal centrepiece for a truly unique wedding ceremony or reception.
A really flexible space for ceremonies and receptions. The private bar, split levels and DJ booth make this room especially suited to evening receptions, and the direct entrance from street level also means that guests can be received straight into the room.

The Heritage Suite consists of three rooms that can be hired as a suite providing a more traditional setting for civil ceremonies.
The floor to ceiling windows with bright white voile create superb natural light and a clean and crisp feel. This spacious room with private bar is ideal for wedding breakfasts and the shape of the room allows everyone to see the bridal party easily.
Still light and spacious, but ideal for intimate weddings, these rooms boast original features that complement modern weddings beautifully.
*Available when booking an all-day wedding with a minimum of 80 guests.
YOU TELL US.. LET US HELP YOU WORK OUT THE DETAILS GUESTS - how many people will there be for the ceremony and/ reception. SETTING - choose between the four options for a setting to suit you and your guests. FOOD AND DRINK - use the menu packages as a basis, and if there’s anything specific you’d like, we can work with the chef to create a menu to match. APARTMENT CHOICE - we have a range of spacious and stylish apartments to choose from and your guests can enjoy discounted rates on all accommodation whether One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, Family or Penthouse. PHOTOGRAPHY SETTINGS - an important consideration and many couples are surprised about the number of options available here at The Place. These include the terrace from your Penthouse Apartment, complete with views of the Manchester skyline, a city backdrop for a city wedding.
