Host a bake sale at school, before or after school, or in front of a local store Have members bake goods to sell such as cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc.
Steps to do this:
Ask your school for permission and/or ask the store manager for permission When you get okayed, make sure to have all treats beforehand and have a starting and ending time
Set up a booth during lunch where students and staff can pay $2 to send a small bag of candy and a note to someone else in your school. Club members then deliver the bags of candy and note to recipients Or do any type of gram with the same process
Example– Valentine’s day grams, etc. Steps to do this:
Ask your school for permission if it’s okay to host a booth for let’s say a week When you get okayed, make sure to have everything in order and ready to go; have a display set up of whatever you are selling
Sell candy and snacks for $1 each
Example– Snack Zone Packs
Sell them at school to your peers, teachers, etc.; sell them to your friends and families
Steps to do this:
Talk to your Advisors and Board about ordering the boxes with the treats
Plan for how long you want to sell them
Distribute to members and set time limits on sales
Sell strands of duct tape for $1
Host a booth at lunch in front of your school
Have a jar filled with M&M’s
Charge people as much as you want for them to guess how many are in the jar Person with the closest guess wins the jar of M&M’s They can guess as many times as they want, but they have to pay every time they do so
Fill a car with balloons, and for a fee, get people to guess how many balloons are in the car The person/s who guess the right amount, or closest to, win a prize Do this during lunch or after school
Hide a golden ticket in one of a bunch of balloons, and after people have guessed, for a fee, which balloon they think has the winning ticket, pop the balloons. If there's a golden ticket inside, the person who “bought” that balloon wins a prize. Do this at lunch or after school, or at a Kiwanis meeting

Have members bring their dogs to school, or to an event, and charge a fee for people to pet them‌ because who doesn't like petting dogs? Do this at break or lunch with school personnel permission
Encourage students and staff to give small donations, usually change, towards a goal set for a day. If the goal is met, teachers/students commit to giving up something that’s part of their every day routines such as coffee, sweets, etc. (Pick, in advance, the length of time for abstention.) The goal you set to raise each day can increase, if you want it to. Do this at lunch, if that is what works on your campus
“Kiss a senior goodbye” fundraiser—(You could do this in February or March, or you could wait to do it in May)
Have a booth at lunch for your sales; put an article and form in a parent newsletter... School population, parents, teachers, etc., give seniors a sweet send-off in the form of a chocolate kiss and a personal message
Steps to success:
Have office make an announcement to check out your booth Contact the parents of each senior, give them a form so they can personalize a message Encourage teachers & coaches to “kiss” their seniors goodbye Set a deadline for when forms and money iare due Buy Hershey’s Kisses and bag them up along with the messages Deliver them
