e are a Company involved in exploring the Football ecosystem across India where all
the stakeholders in Indian Football collectively organize various case studies & initiatives to
understand & advance Football as a business, advertising & brand building platform, and as a sustainable medium for social development, healthy lifestyle & entertainment. We have organized more than 140 initiatives including Football Academies, Tournaments, Scouting Festivals, Coach Development programs, Seminars, Leagues & Research papers with special emphasis on Boys/Girls Grassroots Football both for privileged and underprivileged. Through these projects we have directly worked with more than 20,000 children and youth. “Why Football, the most popular sport in the world, is giving us Indians a lot less than it gives to people in other countries? Why is it that, despite having the best minds and the second largest population in the world, we are unable to
into the current scenario of Indian Football and explores the likes/dislikes, social behavior, business attributes & performance of the complex ecosystems at play in India, especially New Delhi. Chetan Misra graduated from Delhi Public School, RK Puram, New Delhi, completed his Electrical Engineering/Economics degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta and then worked as a Research Engineer in Washington DC. He is Level II, England. Having played Football throughout his school and college days, being a keen observer/coach of the game, and most importantly, an avid Football fan, he researched on the social, entertainment & business successes of the Football industry worldwide with a special focus on the highly successful girls a developing country like India from three perspectives Business sustainability of the programs, advancement of Football & social impact through sports. In early 2010, he came popularize the world’s most popular game in its second most populous country. He, along with other Football enthusiasts, founded FootballFirst Sports Pvt. Ltd with a focus on setting up grassroots coaching an online and on-ground platform which organizes various initiatives and programs centered around Football. He has also conducted various case studies and has written research papers on ways to connect Police & Society. In 2011, he launched the ‘Can Football?’, a social campaign which revolves around questions to highlight ways in which potentially huge industry, to spread happiness that a game brings and to harness our national pride as fans with India becoming a Football powerhouse in Asia & the world. He has received various accolades and recognition for his work in India and is currently working on a program with the Delhi Police to use Football as a tool for Child & Youth Development while building a stronger & harmonious relationship with the society.
