Always start by asking to perform the task “What do we do?” Give a scenario rather than order. For example “You have an emergency and you need to call our office, try to find our phone number” Take advantage of this platform. Ask questions you would ask a Market Research, for example “Would you order our service/product, if not, why?” Try to find testers who match your target audience, if possible. For example, for me, it’s Joomla users.
