headmaster letter Dear ISHCMC Community Commencing Monday 1st December I would be grateful if all adults wishing to enter our school bring with them their new security card and use the turnstile system to enter and leave the School. If you do not have your security card with you, please go to the guard house and deposit with the guards some ID and in return they will give you a security card to use for the duration of your visit. Adults who do not have a card entering by the back gate, will need to walk around to the ISHCMC front gate. If you have not yet applied for your security cards, please go to the following link: form.ishcmc.edu.vn. Please use your FireFly/ ASA /Parent teacher conferences password. On Monday at the front gate we shall also write down your details if you do not yet have a card and are having trouble with the link. Thank you all for your cooperation in this exercise so far. The vast majority of adults have been using the turnstiles. This has made the introduction thus far very smooth. The introduction of the security system allows us to offer greater protection for our students. With every member of our community using the system this enables us more easily to identify strangers. In addition we will be in a better position to ‘lock down’ the School if need be. In addition, on Sunday many of you will be attending the Terry Fox Run in district 7. It’s always a fun family event and all for a very worthy cause. However, please keep in mind that attendees have been targeted at this run in the past by pickpockets. So a friendly reminder to take extra good care of your personal belongings. I look forward to seeing many of you at this event on Sunday. Simon Leslie Headmaster
