Peace Health, Peace Island Medical Center is located at 1117 Spring Street. Peace Island Medical Center is a 10 - bed critical admittance hospital, which also shelters an expanded primary and specialty care clinic to serve those who reside, operate, and visit the San Juan Islands. Along with incorporating the latest medical technology, Peace Island Medical Center is known for its award-winning design. As a result of collaboration with the island community, the medical center includes beautiful works of art and musical elements within the hospital. The medical center is staffed with expert caregivers to deliver on site care. In addition, they have incorporated a new telemedicine system to provide additional services provided by regular visiting specialists. The major medical services offered at Peace Health Island Medical Center are cancer treatment, emergency room, family medicine, imaging services, internal medicine, laboratory, orthopedics center, outpatient surgery and surgical services.
In 2013, Peace Health Island Medical Center was awarded the American Institute of Architects Healthcare Design for the best health care building design. In 2015, Peace Health Island Medical center was awarded the ASHRE Technology Award for best heating and airflow design among newly built hospitals. Eventide Health is an independent primary care practice in lovely Friday Harbor Washington, located at 689 Airport Center Suite B. Eventide offers both traditional and direct primary care options for the San Juan Islands Community. They focus on patient centered healthcare with full pricing transparency, never hidden medical expenses. The objective of Eventide is to design a healthcare plan with you and for you. They promise to listen and work exceptionally hard to create solutions for your medical needs, along with preventative plans. Eventide works with local providers and specialists. The founders of Eventide in Friday Harbor, Will and Sherrie House, moved to San Juan Island in December of 2019 to take over what was previously San Juan Healthcare. Their mission, which is incorporated into the core of Eventide, is to serve the wonderful island community for years to come by providing quality healthcare services.

At the Planned Parenthood Friday Health Center, you can visit for services that do not require a medical exam.
