It’s a Good Day for a Party That’s right. TCBY (The Country’s Best Yogurt) is now available at Walmart, in the frozen dessert aisle. I can remember going to TCBY with my family after church on Sundays, or for late night frozen yogurt runs, and loving it. I would try different flavors, get fun toppings and just enjoy a delicious dessert. Which is one reason why I was really excited that TCBY now has yummy frozen yogurt, bars, and a classic vanilla cream sandwich that is being sold in Walmart. I had a fun idea to set up a frozen yogurt buffet in our dining room, complete with awesome toppings, little glass trifle bowls, and the main attraction: all the TCBY one could ever want at a party.

TCBY Frozen Yogurt Party! I have always been a big fan of TCBY Frozen Yogurt. I remember going to their stores when I was younger and getting some of the best “ice cream� (really yogurt) that I ever tasted! I still enjoy going to their stores and recently found out that TCBY is selling some of their frozen yogurt in grocery stores! Say what? I am serious! We can all enjoy TCBY any time we want. I decided that we would have a party and invite all our friends and family to come try the frozen yogurt too!!!

A Rainy Day Surprise This past weekend, I surprised Ayva with some yummy TCBY Frozen Yogurt and granola. She and I were having a pretend picnic, and I slipped away for a second to make our granola sundaes! I had purchased the TCBY Vanilla Bean Frozen Yogurt even though I had a lot of flavors to choose from because I like being able to make different sundaes and use different toppings. On a day when we were stuck in the house, I didn’t want to use chocolate sauce and sprinkles since there would be no way for Ayva to really burn that energy off. Granola added a nice bit of crunch to the frozen yogurt, and Ayva loved the little banana chips!

An Indoor Picnic! I know both kids would rather be outside any day, but we can make staying indoors fun and special too. We enjoyed an indoor picnic today with TCBY frozen yogurt treats. Have you ever had these? I found mine at Walmart with the other frozen treats. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect but they were delicious. I am no longer an ice cream girl, that is for sure. I’m now a TCBY girl. I only wish they had more flavors available. We will definitely be adding #TCBYGrocery treats to our grocery lists from now on. This is one of those products that I’m so glad I was introduced to and that will become a staple in our house. Bye-bye ice cream. Hello, TCBY frozen yogurt!

{Spring Celebration} TCBY Frozen Yogurt Social Spring has arrived and so has TCBY frozen yogurt at the grocery store! These 2 things were the perfect reason to celebrate! We’ve been getting together with some friends and family to have a sport night. Each week we do a different sport together. So far we’ve played outdoor hockey, gone swimming twice, played basketball and gone indoor skating. This week we had a TCBY Frozen Yogurt Social and the kids played yard games like four corners, 500 and frisbee.

A TCBY Tasting Party When Phil and I were first married and living in Houston, we had a TCBY store right by our house. We used to go all the time. At least three times a week. The yogurt was awesome and we loved the neighborhood feel of the place. When we moved away, I actually missed TCBY. Well, guess what? On March 15th, TCBY released a line of frozen treats into Walmart stores and I was given an opportunity to try them! Is that fun or what?

I love trying out new products–and with a name like TCBY, I figured we couldn’t go wrong! I was thrilled to see so many options at the store (and that was with 2 empty shelves!!)! Specifically, I found mine at Walmart near the Popsicles a little bit down from the main quarts of ice cream. I have loved TCBY since I was a little toddler myself, so being able to enjoy it with my son brings back a lot of memories! There used to be a small shop near our house when I was growing up and my grandma would take us there for a treat every now and then after school!

Frozen Yogurt Social Recently TCBY launched their frozen yogurt in Walmart and I had the VERY EXCITING opportunity to shop for and indulge in their flavor offerings....and then throw a party! Now we are talking! I was super excited to head out with my little helper to buy some TCBY frozen yogurt. We arrived at our Walmart with a short list: TCBY frozen yogurt, some toppings...and waffle cones! My helper did not let me forget one thing!

Celebrating National Waffle Day with TCBY Oh yes, if you didn’t know by now you are about to. There IS a holiday for EVERY THING! This past Sunday was National Waffle Day! To celebrate my little family had a little Waffle Day celebration with TCBY frozen yogurt. Yes! THAT TCBY! Swoon! I don’t remember when I had my very first experience with TCBY but one of my most memorable was when we were visiting my aunt in Hawaii when I was about 13. I remember I ordered the parfait. National Waffle Day Party With TCBY Sundaes Everyone was happy with their TCBY treats, and best of all we had a great evening with our friends. The favorite flavor was the Mint Chocolate, followed by Strawberry Swirl. Of course, I only had a pint of each of these! A funny thing, because I guess no one mentioned to the kids that the waffle bowls were edible. We all really enjoyed the delicious yogurt. In addition to TCBY pints and quarts, TCBY has also has a line of frozen novelties (next I am going to try fudge bars – yum). April Fools Day with TCBY TCBY Frozen Yogurt is a relatively new product. It is not yet available at any of the Walmart stores close to me in the San Francisco Bay Area. After calling many, many stores (everyone I spoke to was super nice, by the way), I learned it was just arriving at Fairfield, American Canyon and Napa Walmarts, in the northernmost (and a little bit east) section of the Bay Area. We headed to Fairfield which was 40 minutes away. But the girls were excited to go somewhere new, and we were going for something yummy so that helped!

Celebrating National Waffle Cone Day with TCBY I didn’t even know there was a National Waffle Day but there is! It’s March 26 and in honor of that day, my family and my neighbors got together for a Waffle Day Celebration. So what do you need for a Waffle Day Celebration? Waffle cones or bowls of course! And the first thing I think of when I think about waffle cones is TCBY frozen yogurt. Growing up we used to head to TCBY for a special reward and I would get the same thing every time. A waffle cone with french vanilla and chocolate swirl! Currently I live in a city where there is no TCBY store so I haven’t had REAL frozen yogurt in ages! You can’t even imagine my surprise when I found out that TCBY can now be found in Walmart and select grocery stores like Harris Teeter.

Our Sweet Spring Fling to Celebrate TCBY Yogurt at Walmart Stores I remember when I was a little girl that some of my favorite times included ice cream cones with my mom, dad, brother, grandma millie, aunts, uncles, and cousins!! We used to go to Wildwood together every year, and I’ll never forget the summer they added a TCBY stand to the boardwalk – my mother was SO excited!! Anything with a healthier twist made her happy. I couldn’t taste the difference between the yogurt and the other ice cream stands, so I was just thrilled she let us eat ‘ice cream’ every night!! So, when the opportunity came along to participate in a campaign to celebrate the launch of TCBY available in Walmart stores, I wanted IN!! Family, fun, frozen yogurt — the perfect reason to party and pass along some traditions to our munchkins!!
