The Messenger Welcome, Trevor and Alice! Trevor and Alice got moved in to their house Tuesday with still a lot of unpacking and getting things in their proper places. Thank you for all the people who helped unload and clean up their house and for the people who brought them food. I’m excited for Trevor to help us as we get the fall activities going soon, as we make disciples, who make disciples, who make disciples… Crockett Outreach When I first came to College Hills many years ago, our church did not let Crockett buses unload at our parking lot. Over the years, we have tried to not only make up for that shortcoming but we have tried to be a good neighbor to them by inviting them to our annual Christmas open house, taking snacks to them for all their teachers and personnel, and hosted them for lunch at the end of the year. Next month, we are taking it one step further. We want to share the gospel with all their employees and their families by hosting them for a dinner at church. Pam Luce and Karen Cross, both former teachers, will share their testimonies and how the Lord helped them during their teaching days.

We are also gathering school supplies so we can give each teacher a packet of supplies so they do not have to spend their own money for them. Please help us with these supplies. Please pray with us that the gospel seeds we share with them will bring about a harvest of salvation in the future. ~Lakan
