Winter Ball Winter Ball 2022 presents a glow in the dark themed dance for mothers and sons (or mother figures) and fathers and daughters (or father figures). Evolution Spring Break Camp This week-long camp, presented by the Evolution coaching staff, is focused on fun and solid soccer fundamentals for ages U4-U15. Each camper will receive an Evo jersey. YOUTH CLASSES
Spring Volleyball League The league is designed to introduce young ladies to the game of volleyball. It was created to provide a safe, fun environment to learn the basic premises of the game through practices, teaching the fundamental volleyball skills, sport ethics, and league competition. A team will consist of a minimum of 8 players and maximum of 12 players. Teams will practice an hour each week. Players will receive a team t-shirt. Registration can be completed online or in person. To register, the team coach must contact the Recreation Department at 817.503.1180 with their team information. At that time, the coach will be given a team code to give to their team to register. Signing up as an individual or a free agent does not guarantee your child a spot on a team. A coach will have to volunteer in order for a team of free agents to be formed. If and when a coach volunteers, a staff member will contact individuals with team information. If you would like to coach, please call 817.503.1180 for more details. Senior Center Membership Memberships are available to those ages 50 and over. Memberships are required for anyone participating in any senior class, program, or activity, or for anyone using the fitness facility. Resident membership: No annual fee Non-resident membership: $10 per year Memberships will be suspended Jan.-Dec. 2022.

Jazzercise Lo-Impact Use muscles, not momentum to get a total-body workout that brings all the dance fitness fun without the hop. A combination of cardio and strength training for a heart-healthy workout that keeps your body strong. Senior pass discount/package is available. Yoga Flow Each month begins by exploring basic alignment of selected poses, breath work, and meditation. As class progresses, new poses are added creating a flow, synchronized with your breathing. Class begins with warm-up poses that allow you to stretch deeper and ends with cool-down poses to release muscles, allowing a deep relaxation. No experience necessary, class is designed to provide options for all levels. DANCE
Line Dancing Beginner class is for students with previous dance experience. Students should be capable of learning basic steps: grapevine, chasse, jazz box, etc. Routines up to 48 counts may include rhythms like Waltz or Cha Cha and tempos are slow to moderate. Improver students need previous dance experience and basic skills. Dances will introduce new step patterns: coaster step, rolling grapevines, swivets, etc. Routines up to 64 counts may include various tempos and rhythms and feature pauses, syncopation, timing variations, etc.
