Colorado PGA REACH Pillar Grants Awarded T

he mission of the Colorado PGA REACH Pillar Grant Program is to provide financial assistance to facilities within the geographical boundaries of the Colorado Section to develop and/or significantly enhance programs that align with the three pillars of our Colorado PGA REACH Foundation to attract and retain new golfers.

1. Youth Development Pillar – Golf in Schools, PGA Jr. League, Drive, Chip & Putt, etc. 2. Supporting Our Military Pillar – PGA HOPE 3. Diversity & Inclusion Pillar – Specifically reaching women and minorities. 2021 Pillar Grant Recipients:

May is a month that transitions into summer and now hosts Patriot Golf Day over Memorial Day weekend. We hope you were able to watch the CBS Special which recently highlighted PGA HOPE: Helping Our Patriots Everywhere." This issue of The SUMMIT focuses on Colorado PGA HOPE and has a lot to share with you! Throughout this issue, Colorado PGA REACH events and HOPE Programming are highlighted. We are excited to announce the military hero, recipient of the eighth home received through Colorado PGA REACH and partners. We also have the following: Introducing the USAFA to the Youth of America; Quarter Century Club Inductees; Colorado PGA HOPE Ambassador; and Colorado PGA Junior Golf Summer Interns.
