02 // CCAD SATURDAY MORNING ART CLASSES
All lessons are sequential and age appropriate. Classes are kept small; each has an instructor and an assistant to ensure one-on-one instruction time for every student. Instructors are chosen for their dedication to education in the visual arts and their own particular strengths as artists. Saturday Morning Art Classes run for two 10-week terms during the school year. Early elementary grades explore a variety of media and techniques designed to increase the student’s awareness of art as well as foster creativity. Fifth-grade students may choose from three course offerings geared to their grade level and intended to grow their skills and creative thinking.
