Tina passed away, Monday, October 7, 2024, at her mother’s home in Plainwell She was born January 8, 1966, the daughter of Roland J “Mick” and Sandra (Burchett) Morey Tina was a 1984 graduate of Otsego High School and graduated from Ferris State University For the last 18 years she worked for the State of Michigan at Kalamazoo DHHS Tina was lovingly known as daddy’s little princess She enjoyed being outside working in her vegetable and flower gardens and starting crafts that may not have always gotten finished She was an animal lover and more than anything loved spending time with her grandchildren On June 10, 2000, she married Larry Bullard who survives Also surviving are her son, Stephen (Katie) Kozal of Hudsonville; grandchildren, Brayden Meyer, William, Lainey, and Lucas Kozal; mother, Sandra Morey of Plainwell; many extended family members and her beloved English bulldog, Layla She was preceded in death by her daddy and grandparents Friends and family may visit with Tina’s family from 4-7 PM, Friday, October 11, 2024, at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where a funeral service will take place at 11:00 A M , Saturday, October 12, 2024, with Pastor Joe Shaler officiating Burial will follow at Mountain Home Cemetery in Otsego Contributions in memory of Tina may be directed to Centrica Care Navigators or C S Mott Children s Hospital

Ethelmae “Evie” (Vozar) Sell, aged 91, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 3, 2024 Born in Sault Ste Marie, MI, on July 25, 1933, to Stephen and Sadie (Tomcyek) Vozar, Evie was the embodiment of a life lived to the fullest, with a heart wide open to family, friends, and everyone she encountered In 1938, Evie moved to Grand Haven, MI, when her father was stationed on the USCGC Escanaba, sparking a lifelong love and connection with the U S Coast Guard and its Grand Haven community She graduated from Grand Haven High School and could often be found enjoying a Pronto Pup on the boardwalk or savoring a slice of Fricano’s pizza with friends Evie married the love of her life, James Sell, on January 2, 1953 Together, they built a beautiful life centered around love, faith, family, and adventure Evie was a proud mother to their three daughters: Nancy (Tim) Worrell, Jan (Mike Kimble) Sell-Kimble, and Susan (Jack) Pell She was also the adored grandmother of Jami, Emily, Elizabeth, Meghan, Grant, and Brooke, and the proud great-grandmother of Caiden, Elsie, and Josie Evie’s family was her world, and she was their greatest cheerleader and confidante never hesitating to offer support, encouragement, or a little sass Her home was always filled with warmth love and laughter Whether she was hosting family gatherings cooking up one of her famous meals or just sharing a glass of red wine Evie had a way of making everyone feel welcome She enjoyed attending her children’s and grandchildren’s activities always present always supportive Her bright spirit and playful sense of humor were cherished by all who knew her Evie had an adventurous soul She loved to travel, especially to New Smyrna Beach, FL, in the winter She and James took their family on unforgettable trips, including a 55th-anniversary celebration in the Dominican Republic and their 60th anniversary in Jamaica She was honored at her 90th birthday with a party surrounded by family and friends For her 91st, Evie experienced the adventure of a lifetime on an Alaskan cruise gifted by her granddaughter, Elizabeth She celebrated in style with 13 family members by her side A proud member of The First United Methodist Church of Plainwell, Evie lived her faith daily, serving her church community and embodying kindness, compassion, and devotion She also belonged to the Red Hat Society and T A S C , and her love for life was evident in every club, every gathering, and every conversation Evie was known by many names Snooks, Ev, Evie, Mrs Brown, Nonee, and Nonee “G,” to name a few but she will always be remembered for her vibrant personality She was vivacious, full of energy, always ready to celebrate, and could strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere She loved her University of Michigan football (“Go Blue!”), spent hours gardening, skiing, sailing, playing tennis, and enjoyed Bridge with friends She was a natural entertainer who embraced every holiday, and her home was a haven of warmth and festive spirit Above all, Evie loved her family She delighted in every moment spent with her three girls, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren She took great pride in their accomplishments, celebrated their milestones, and encouraged their dreams She truly was their #1 cheerleader, offering unconditional love and the occasional mischievous nudge Evie is survived by her brother, Michael Vozar, and her cherished best friend since kindergarten, Carol Douglas She will be deeply missed by her in-laws, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who were lucky enough to know her Evie lived a full, joyous life, always “happy go lucky,” with a champagne-like sparkle that will never dim She was a lover of God, family, good food, great wine, and endless adventures Her spirit was larger than life, and her legacy will continue in the hearts of everyone she touched In her honor, the family asks that you raise a glass, share a laugh, and embrace life as Evie did with love, kindness, and a little bit of craziness Memorials made in Evie’s memory may be directed to the Christian Neighbors or Wounded Warrior Project Envelopes are available at the funeral home In accordance with the family’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Plainwell First United Methodist Church, 200 Park St, Plainwell, MI 49080, with a time for visiting beginning at 1:00 p m until the time of service at 1:30 p m
