Who is Marketing / Design At Compass, our Marketing & Design department is set up to operate as a traditional in-house advertising agency. See below for the different types of roles within the team: Marketing Partner — This is your single point of contact within the Marketing & Design team. They are responsible for the project management of your custom design projects, providing strategic direction on your Marketing objectives, and are a resource for insight and guidance on the ongoing variety of Marketing offerings. Design — Our in-house design staff is responsible for creating your custom collateral; this can span from a custom listing presentation to an entire Marketing campaign.
Specialty Roles Advertising Associate — Manages relationships with local and national publications, manages all of our paid partnerships and serves as a resource to the Marketing team. PR Associate — Manages the relationship and outreach with the local press and our national PR team.
Compass Branding
Compass design is simple, elevated, and dynamic. We take a minimalist design approach to create a platform for our agents to tell a better story. By utilizing a black and white color palette it allows for the agent and listing to stand out.

Signage Listing Signage & Open House Signage — Listing signage helps to generate Compass brand awareness and drive consistency across the ever-expanding Compass markets. All listing and open house signage can be ordered through Compass Sign Center. The Compass design team will work with you to develop a logo that best represents your style and enhances the Compass brand. Custom logos are available for team principals and should be adopted by team members. For team members interested in having slight differentiation in their marketing, the design team can create a personalized logo lock-up of the Compass logo and team member’s name to be added on collateral.

Custom Project Key Parameters • Turnaround time begins upon receipt of all deliverables, from agent and / or vendor. • All projects are limited to three rounds of design edits. • Turnaround times for additional rounds past the first version assume that agent feedback is received within 24 hours. • Timeline subject to re-evaluation pending defined scope of work. • Timelines are based on business days (M - F).
Standard Marketing Offer — Every time you submit a new listing in the PLN or MLS, you will receive a credit in your Business Center on the next business day for the value of the standard marketing offering package ($277). Please note, the Standard Marketing Offering is applicable to sales only; it does not apply for rentals. If you use a preferred vendor, the invoicing will be taken care of for you as Compass will receive the invoice, process it, and apply all charges to your Business Center account. If you use an approved vendor, you will be responsible for paying the vendor directly and submitting for a reimbursement, which will be applied to your account. Please email closings@compass.com if you do not currently have access to your team’s Business Center.
