Dear Friends

This first quarter of the year has been a very exciting one for Talma. One of the highlights is that we have engaged 25 new aircraft mechanical maintenance technicians for our OMA (Aircraft Maintenance) business unit. In addition, I am pleased to announce the launch of Talma e-learning, a virtual learning platform where our employees will receive training through virtual courses. In this edition we also share with our readers information about our corporate social responsibility projects, which we have developed hand in hand with the companies Aeropuertos del PerĂş, Dinet and Inmobiliaria Koricancha. Finally, as usual, you will get updated statistical data on the sector, the evolution of foreign trade, and information on air imports and exports for the January - March 2018 period. I invite you to continue reading InfoTalma and enjoy its content.

Best regards, Arturo Cassinelli SĂĄnchez General Manager

Our 26th anniversary

Talma headquarters, Lima Cargo City

26 years of history and experience, 26 years of Talma In January of this year, Talma celebrated 26 years of history by providing world-class airport services. We closed 2017 with important milestones such as the start of operations of Talma in Ecuador and the successful completion of the certification process in ISO 37001, Anti-bribery Management System. One more year is synonymous with more experience, but it also means that we must carry on our commitment to always offer the highest quality standards to our clients. With that in mind, we focus on innovation and the continuous improvement of our processes, incorporating cutting-edge technology, investing in new equipment, as these are key to putting together a comprehensive proposal to meet the needs of Talma's clients.

Celebration with our employees Over the years, the company's employees have accompanied and supported Talma's growth, with the effort and commitment that they show every day. For this reason, each anniversary of Talma is celebrated by and with all, and on this 26th anniversary, we all had an opportunity to share and celebrate in the different offices and places where we operate.

Volunteers of Talma helping the San Miguel School

CSR initiatives

Team of volunteers

New social responsibility and volunteer programs have marked this first quarter of the year for Talma, in collaboration with Aeropuertos del PerĂş, Dinet and Inmobiliaria Koricancha. These volunteering actions have allowed our employees to learn more about the effort of these companies to support the San Miguel school, part of the network of schools of the NGO Coprodeli. Likewise, these activities have served as great opportunities for team work and collaboration, and to promote a positive work environment.

Painting the walls of San Miguel school and delivering supplies to students With an eye to making the San Miguel school ready for the start of the 2018 school year, more than 30 employees got together on March 3rd to give its walls a fresh coat of paint. This school is located in an area called Tiwinza, adjacent to Lima's Jorge ChĂĄvez International Airport. And then, on Monday, March 12th, another group of volunteers had the opportunity to participate in a back-to-school initiative, delivering school supplies that were so needed to kick-start the new school year. Training of technicians for OMA

Talma has hired 25 new technicians to support the scheduled maintenance for fleets of short-range A320 family aircraft. Their work includes daily and weekly scheduled checks, in addition to the operation of aircraft towing tractors. This newly added talent will ensure that we will be able to meet our future demand, which is expected to increase as we expand the scope of our services. This team of technicians joins the existing team which today serves 6 airlines—clients who have trusted us with caring for their operational airworthiness. Talma's new hires have inaugurated a new maintenance division that will be responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance for the Airbus A320 family fleet, including A-Check maintenance inspections. These works include daily, every-other-day, weekly, out-of-phase and corrective maintenance services, among other more complex tasks. With this, the company expands its horizons towards engine changes or specialized maintenance. In order to ensure a world class service, Talma's new aeronautical technicians underwent 160+ hours of training over a 4-week period. The training content focused on the type of aircraft that will be serviced and provided the attendants with more in-depth knowledge and specialization in the requirements of this fleet. In addition, the technicians received the "Airplane Philosophy" course with international instructors, which consists of learning how to diagnose the status of the aircraft by reading their Fault Code Display devices. It should also be noted that this type of training is provided to the main airlines in the world.
