> The Glasgow/London hybrid, Veronica Falls, makes a stop in Mallorca this October. After a string of well received singles over the past 2 years, the indie-pop band came to prominence with the release of their self-titled debut album in 2011. Their clever twist of sound has won them a keen following. They counter their affinity for lyrics of darkness and death with sweet pop. The band consists of Roxanne Clifford and James Hoare, both on vocals and guitar, Marion Herbain on bass guitar and Patrick Doyle on drums and back vocals.

> Following the success of the last edition, the German festival famous worldwide, Oktoberfest, returns to Palma. A 2,000 square meter tent, where you can enjoy the best Bavarian beer and taste typical food of southern Germany including shank, meatloaf, red and white sausages, frikadellen, etc. Sing and dance to the orchestra “Shake” who specialize in entertaining this type of event. To create the authentic ambiance, waiters don the typical regional costumes, and decorations will include the characteristic blue diamonds – everything needed to make us feel like we are in Munich! > Tras el éxito obtenido en la pasada edición, vuelve a Palma la fiesta alemana más conocida en el mundo y también la más cervecera: La Oktoberfest. > La banda de Londres y Glasgow Veronica Falls parará en Mallorca este octubre. Después de la buena aceptación de varios singles suyos en los últimos 2 años, la banda de pop indie salió a relucir con el lanzamiento de su álbum debut “Veronica Falls” en 2011. Su sonido inteligente le ha hecho ganarse un público entusiasta. Contrarrestan su afinidad por las letras oscuras con música pop ligera. La banda está compuesta por Roxanne Clifford y James Hoare, ambos vocalistas y guitarristas, Marion Herbain al bajo y Patrick Doyle a la batería y coros.

> A show that takes us into the world of Tango connecting with the everyday. The emotions of ordinary people conveyed through movement and experienced first-hand by its protagonists, inviting us to vibrate from emotion taking place, as a starting point, the link of the bodies in an embrace. This particular embrace is what contains and leads them to interpret the unique dance language known as Tango. A show without stereotypes conceived from the human aspect of this legendary and authentic genre of dance.

> The internationally acclaimed pianist, composer and educator, Kenny Werner, has influenced a generation of musicians and artists, and will become part of the long list of international Jazz personalities who have participated in the Jazz Voyeur Festival. An early career, but extensive resume of over 30 years playing with the best speaks for itself. He will accompany the quintet founded in 2006 which includes Antonio Sánchez on drums, Scott Colley on bass, special guest Randy Brecker on trumpet and saxophonist Benjamin Koppel.

> Un espectáculo que nos sumerge en el mundo del tango conectándonos con lo cotidiano. Las emociones de personas comunes transmitidas a través del movimiento y vividas en carne propia por sus protagonistas, nos invitan a vibrar desde la emoción tomando, como punto de partida, el enlace de los cuerpos en un abrazo. Ese abrazo particular es lo que los contiene y los conduce a interpretar ese lenguaje único como baile y fenómeno cultural: El Tango. Un show sin estereotipos concebido desde el aspecto más humano y auténtico de este mítico género de la danza.

Both instrumental mastery and components such as their sense of humour and their ability to transmit are behind the quality of the show. The goal is to learn music, enjoying live music.

> Saxophonist and composer José Luís Gutiérrez is one of the most innovative and refreshing musicians of Spanish Jazz. His music is passionate, intense and a bit personal. The characteristic most relevant of his music is his clear influence of Iberian songs, masterfully fused with free improvised music, creating a new style called “Iberjazz”. His first album “Núcleo” (Core) was rated the best Jazz album of the year in Spain, and since then, he has been considered one of the greatest references to Spanish Jazz.

D I E G O This artisan in the field of jewellery and precious metals, with a degree in Gem Therapy from the school of Katrina Raphaell (Hawaii) and Jewellery Making from the Massana school of Barcelona, has a particular fascination for the energy given off by the objects with which he works. He is very knowledgeable of the characteristics, colour properties and shapes of the different materials he manipulates. 2 years ago Diego was able to meet in person the eminent mystic Japanese researcher, Masaru Emoto, who has dedicated his life to the study of faith fe crystallization of water, finding a link between the energy surrounding this element and its composition. Water exposed to bad vibes through insults, and yelling, was crystalized into irregular and unsightly shapes while, on the contrary, the crystals from water exposed to words of love and serenity were tremendously beautiful and harmonic. Fascinated by this discovery, Diego had the idea to recreate some of these crystals in a necklace. It took 5 months of painstaking work to define the perfect materials, dimensions and characteristics which conform to the philosophy of the project, but his efforts were rewarded with the full approval of Mr. Emoto who congratulated him on his work. Now, Diego’s reproductions that are available for sale correspond to the words FAITH, THANKS and TRUTH – necklaces of fine methacrylate collected on a string of soft black leather with a small silver sphere adjuster. The price of the gems is 38€ and includes shipping and tax, with a share of the profits going to to the Masaru Emoto Foundation, promoting well-being and peace in the world.

N E B O T Este artesano del campo de la joyería y la orfebrería, titulado en gemoterapia en la escuela de Katrina Raphaell (Hawai) y en joyería en la escuela Massana de Barcelona. Tiene una especial fascinación por las energías que desprenden los objetos con que trabaja y es un gran conocedor de las características y propiedades de los colores y formas de los distintos materiales que manipula. Hace 2 años, Diego tuvo la oportunidad de conocer en persona al eminente investigador místico japonés Masaru Emoto quien ha dedicado su vida al truth verdad estudio de la cristalización del agua y descubierto una relación entre la energía que rodea este elemento y su composición ya que el agua expuesta a malas vibraciones como insultos, gritos o suciedad resultó cristalizar en formas irregulares y poco estéticas mientras que, por lo contrario, los cristales a partir del agua expuesta a palabras de amor y serenidad fueron tremendamente preciosos y armónicos. Fascinado por este descubrimiento, Diego tuvo la idea de recrear algunos de estos cristales en forma de colgante. Le costó 5 meses de minucioso trabajo conseguir definir los perfectos materiales, medidas y características que encajasen con la filosofía del proyecto pero su esfuerzo se vio recompensado con la total aprobación por parte del señor Emoto quien le felicitó por su trabajo. Ahora, las reproducciones que dispone Diego a la venta son las correspondientes a las palabras FE, GRACIAS y VERDAD consisten en colgantes de fino metacrilato recogidos en una cuerda de suave cuero negro y una esfera de plata auténtica. El precio de estas joyas es de 38€ incluyendo los gastos de envío e impuestos y parte de los beneficios de las ventas se destinan a la fundación de Masaru Emoto para el fomento del bienestar y la paz en el mundo.
