Ms. Hardin Earl holds a Masters degree in Health Sciences, specializing in Addiction Studies She has built enduring relationships in the substance abuse treatment community. The transition from counseling professional to service provider began in 2002, when the first Hardin House Women’s Recovery Home was born on the Southside of Chicago. This flagship location continues to operate successfully today.

Statewide Program Coordinator University of Illinois Hospital Health & Sciences Systems IDOC Telemedicine Program About Brian Drummond is a student in the graduate program for Criminology, Law, and Justice at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a Licensed Social Worker and a Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP) and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) who has over 15 yrs of experience in the social services/criminal justice and health and Mental Health field. Mr. Drummond is currently the Statewide Program Coordinator for the University of Illinois – IDOC Telemedicine Program that provide HIV and HCV treatment and services to the inmates and pending releases of the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) prison system. Mr. Drummond is a Re-Entry Specialist who lends his knowledge and experience to provide training and support to IDOC parole staff and IDOC healthcare unit staff, as well as community service providers. Mr. Drummond also serves as a trainer and volunteer for the VASIA program and provides training volunteers insight on best practices, tips, and trends to working with at-risk seniors and incapacitated adults in skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Bruce Peoples is the current Medical Director for Drexel Counseling Services, Inc. and New Age Services Corp. He is also on staff at Family Guidance Centers and former Medical Director of SASI, Inc. Dr. Peoples is the President of Elite Pioneer Medical Services. His experience is in grant base programs and start-ups. Some of his recent projects include, substance abuse expansion at (New Age), screening programs for diabetes, hypertension, obesity and senior care. Dr. Peoples also provides medical-legal case review services for Chicago Law Associates.
Dr. Felicia DavisFourte Board Certified Anesthesiologist and Addiction Specialist About Dr. Felicia DavisFourte is a wife, mother and is dedicated to serving her community. She graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in 1984 and practiced for more than 33 years. She completed her Anesthesia Residency & Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship at Cook County Hospital. She completed her Critical Care/Ambulatory Care Fellowship at Northwestern University Hospital. Dr. DavisFourte is a Board Certified physician. She's the former Chair of Pediatric Anesthesiology at JH Stroger, Jr. Hospital and former Chair of Ambulatory/Perioperative Anesthesiology. Dr. DavisFourte now practices as an Addiction Physician Special-ist. She has served several communities which include Stonybrook Community Center, Drexel Counseling as Medical Director, New Hope as Medical Director and Midway Community Center as Medical Director. She has been active in NMA, CCPA, AAPHP, LSC Rep-Kenwood Academy, FOKA, Henrietta Society Charter Member, Jack & Jill of America and her Illustrious Sorority Delta Sigma Theta Inc. She has held many leadership positions.
