Do you know how much I love you Nahomy?
It all started with great news:
I was to become uncle!
I can’t remember the last time I felt so happy. I trusted God that everything would be fine with that little piece of heaven that He was giving us.
But at the same time I felt sad that I could not be in the hospital with my family to see my little niece.
Just looking at that little treasure‌ I wanted to carry her, to caress her.
It was with her that I saw some light in the darkness.
I hope one day, they take her here so I´m able to see her. I want them to tell me things about her. How they feel about having that little ray of light in the house.
I imagine her being brunette, black hair, and they giving her all the love she needs.
I also imagine they adore her so because they know she is another reason to live.
She is the one who brights their heart and gives meaning to their lives ... Because without her, life wouldn´t have any sense. It is she, who has given us the courage to move on.
I think I would treate her very softly so she couldn´t break, because if she did, I know I would feel as if something was missing in my life.
I would feel as if my heart had been taken away.
I can imagine her on her cradle playing and feeling happy. Sometimes I can even hear her crying. Although I know I’m not with her, I´m able to imagine her.
I imagine her asleep in her cradle,
with that soft little face of an angel
as a delicate rose.
I hope to see her very soon and be able to have her in my arms,
caress her like a teddy bear, take her like a little piece of sky, do funny things to make her smile and express all my love and affection.
Today I am very excited to be able to be with my baby.
The day finally arrived! I’m going to meet her!
Wow! How beautiful Nahomy is!
