One of their flagship examples of this is Land Rover Experience Scotland’s ‘Tread Lightly’ policy, at the heart of all their activities and experiences. I especially love our full-day option, which will take you into a local private estate, stunning forestry, and open hilltops overlooking multifarious open lochs.” One of Land Rover Experience Scotland’s primary values is to minimise the environmental impact of their vehicles and experiences. There are now six Plug-In Electric Hybrid (PHEV) and 11 Mild Electric Hybrid (MHEV) vehicles in their lineup, which use road tyres on most of their cars to increase fuel efficiency and be in keeping with their ‘Tread Lightly’ policy. “Environmentally, turning to electric is very important to us, and we have proved that hybrid electric vehicles are very capable of being driven off-road. In fact, these vehicles, other than using more power, are completely unaffected in an off-road environment.” Experiences arranged in partnership with Dream Escape and Land Rover Experience Scotland are designed to showcase the capabilities of their vehicles and the beauty of the Scottish countryside while also
