Martin Luther King had a dream and it wasn’t anything to do with losing a few pounds… The thing about dreams is that they come in all shapes and sizes. And they’re all important. As I write, 2016 is on the horizon. The New Year will no doubt usher in plenty Ed & Dale, Founders of resolutions, many of which won’t survive beyond the spring. Dreams tend to stick around for longer. For the past couple of years we’ve been running a Dream Academy at COOK. It gives everyone the opportunity to realise a dream or two, with the help of a professional coach. The dreams have been as diverse as writing a children’s book and having better family relationships. Most people who go on the Academy realise that fulfilling dreams is genuinely within their grasp. Often they simply need more focus and a clear plan. So in 2016, rather than making resolutions, why not embrace your dreams? And set about trying to make them happen. (And if one of your dreams is, indeed, to lose a few pounds then we have six new exceptional, lower calorie Pots For One to try. There, food plug done.) All the best,
