HELLO Following all the ghastliness of the horse meat shenanigans, I have been ruminating a little on the concept of trust. After all, who can you trust these days, apart from David Attenborough?

We never, ever take what we do for granted and live in an advanced state of paranoia, checking every ingredient and dish we make over and over again, day after day. This is why you can trust what’s in our food and, just as importantly, that the quality will be excellent, every time.
